Francesco and Vittoria's welcoming personalities leap off the rather antiseptic Booking.com page, and the reality is even better! They were incredibly flexible about check-in, leaving luggage to be picked up later, breakfast menu and setting, and they recommended a cosy restaurrant in Cavaion Veronese where we ate excellent food with the locals. Both F and V are professional musicians too, and it was wonderful to have a piano to play on that was actually in tune!

Friendly people that worked there, our room was big looked new, clean with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious as well. We stayed at this hotel twice because we liked it a lot.

On the water, nice private deck (for our room only) overlooking the lake. Nicole at the front desk was very attentive and helpful. Nice restaurant in the hotel.
