Stayed here for a night before an early morning flight out of Bergamo. I came in with quite low expectations. I basically expected the hotel to just be clean. But I have to say I was REALLY impressed.
The wifi signal in the room was weak and I expected them to just put the blame on me. But a few minutes later, a really friendly and service-minded engineer was standing in my room, confirmed the issue (he seemed very surprised about this, I was probably just unlucky, the wifi was fine even right outside my room) and then immediately provided me with a network cable and USB-to-ethernet adapter for my PC. Never in a 1000 years would I have expected such a level of service!!! I was really blown away by this.
They also upgraded me to a better room free of charge, which came with the minibar being included for free. Great!
They also had a spa area that looked nice, but I didn't have time to test it.
Would definitely, 100% stay here again before another flight out of Bergamo.

The breakfast was really good and there was a lot to choose from. The location is nice around 10-15 away from the airport. There was a shuttle to the airport so its covinient, if there is also shuttle going to the hotel it would be perfect.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. Beautiful and quiet location, very authentic park, nice restaurant. Bus stop nearby, so no problem to move around during the day without a car. The breakfast was decent, the breakfast room is lovely. Staff both on breakfast and reception were very nice

We stayed for one night when we got off Blue Star. The owner coordinated transportation and luggage storage very nice and very good price. Location is amazing but there isn’t much to do there unless you just want to be at the beach.
