Amazing brand new hote with free parking and a good option to visit Venice, just 5 min driving to the boat dock (vaporeto to Piazza San Marco 30min). You can park your car in front of the dock for 5 euros per day when you go to Venice or Lido. Excelent breakfast and room. If you stay in Cavallino instead of Venice you can also enjoy the beach and a very calm atmosphere. Everything was perfect!!!!!
Located in Cavallino-Treporti, one of Italy's most popular beach areas, Hotel Villa Ginevra is a 3-star hotel just half a mile from the Adriatic Sea, and within easy reach of Venice.

The breakfast was excellent and included fresh pastries, cold meats and cheeses and coffee or tea from the bar. The hosts were very attentive and helpful. Easy access to Venice by boat and the beach nearby was beautiful.
The 3-star Hotel Fenix is located on a large private beach in Cavallino Treporti. Enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf of Venice, the lagoon and the Dolomites.

Located right at the beach but not too close to other hotels, so the beach area was not full (we spent a weekend in September). Public beach not far away from the hotel, there is also a beach bar with fair prices nearby.
Garage with roof is a good extra, keeps your car nice and cool (doesn’t look like there’d be enough spaces under the roof for all cars though).
Ac in the room.
Sea view from the balcony.
Light blocking curtains.
Forget the hustle and bustle of city life and relax in Hotel Valdor, surrounded by lush Mediterranean greenery and set by the sea.

Delightful place! The nature, the beach, and the family oriented place were fantastic! I want to clarify that it says that it is only 6 miles from Venice, but you really need to take a ferry or a bus to go there. My husband and I enjoyed riding bikes, walking, and the small town feeling this part of Italy offered; at the same time, we enjoyed the convenience to use public transportation like the bus or the ferry to Venice and to the other places. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very helpful.
The 2-star Hotel Ristorante Fortuna is set on the Cavallino Peninsula, 328 feet from its private beach on the Adriatic Sea. All rooms are en suite, and there is free lobby WiFi.

The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean. It had a small balcony. The room was small, but I knew it would be. My husband and I do not need a big room; just a place to stay and sleep. The bath towels did not dry without the AC or window open. Learned that in order for them to dry you need circulation throughout the bathroom and bedroom somehow.
The breakfast was great; the eggs were amazing! There is a woman who makes you whatever coffee drink you want. She was so sweet and kind and remembers what you drink so she asks you the next morning if you want the same coffee drink. The restaurant food which we had for dinner twice was also delicious.

If you don't already know this place, don't go. The community around there won't support you. It's just a vast trailer park with terrible traffic near a beach in which you can't swim for most of the year.
Not worth it.

It was our 10th stay in Cavallino as we falled in love with this place. After various Spain/Croatia/Egypt/Turkey/Greece vacations we finally found our dream destination.
Cavallino is mainly camping heaven so we took advantage of it and booked quite an opposite = appartments. So we have zero tourist night promenade nonsense and enjoy quiet nature with acceptable beach numbers /like 6 rows of umbrellas/.
We enjoy water/wave barriers as relaxing place to sit for hours.
We recommend nearby port for access to Venice every year /lifehack for getting directly to St.Marco square superfast avoiding human ants/.

For us (a couple) this accommodation was just perfect.
For us (a couple) this accommodation was just perfect. It was perfectly convenient even without a car, so also appropriate for sustainable tourism. We arrived by train from Viena in almost 8 hours straight at Venice. Then a wonderful trip with the Vaporetto (1, 2 and 7 day passes all Vaporetto combinations to several islands and Venice included) to the island treporti. The appartment is by bike (possible to rent on the island) 10 minutes away from a rally nice, long and gratis beach which is also perfectly suitable for kids because not deep at all and very calm water. A supermarket is also in 5 minutes by bike or 15 minutes walking. A lot of bike paths nearby which drove us to the nicest places with the nicest sunsets:-). With the Vaporetto 15 minutes by foot away from the apartment we were in 15 minutes in very nice burano, in 50 minutes in Murano and in almost 1 hour in Venice. Venice is incredible nice but full of people, so for us it was perfect to stay in a much more peaceful place to go to relax after sight seeing and the ship experiences to go from one place to another also incredible!

Place is so nice and quiet, enough activities to keep you busy or just to lay on the beach and enjoy the sea without being disturbed! Would def recommend and come back! Strong and quality mosquito repellent is an absolute must in the afternoon/evening. Absolutely loved we could explore different beaches and places by the bikes provided by the accommodation! You can also rent bikes from a lot of places and as the infrastructure is well set up to be accessible by bike plus you could try the peninsula tours by bike if the weather is no too hot, there are some nature focused trails set up!
Prices are reasonable for food in most places - we spent an average of 50€ /dinner main course and drinks. Favourite place we found is Fugo Grill & Restaurant for dinner.
Loved the dog beach where there were less people and really cute furry faces around! It was an extremely clean beach and pet companions were very clean and attentive to their dogs.
We did not book any water sports or such, but there were some options near. Bring SUP if you can, water is calm enough to enjoy paddle boarding!

Excellent starting point.
Excellent starting point. To the East you have Jesolo and all its tourist goodies, to the West you have Lido di Venezia, to the North you have quick access to Venice and to the South - endless beach. Bicycle friendly. All is easily accessible with a car, away from the busy highway - even local roads are quick and straight, so I never use autostrada for this part of Italy.

At Lio Piccolo we were watching flamingos.
Very nice walking/cycling pathways.
The cycling pathways are physically separated from roads by a concrete curb so that they are safe for children and dogs.
Nearby Ponte Sabioni is a water gate to Venice, parking for car there is 5E for whole day. One-way Ticket for a person (including children older than 6 years) from P.Sabioni to Venice costs 9.5E, the dog is free of charge.
It is a great base for Venice trips, beaching, etc.

Good beach, gym, OK facilities in the camping overall. There is a Chinese team of 3 ladies giving good massage on the beach for 25 EUR per 30 minutes. (not belonging to the camping services, though) Even though we were not super satisfied with the camping overall, still, it is a good place to spend a lazy summer holiday (especially if combined with a visit to Venice) and we would go back again. We were lucky with the weather, it seems that a lot of the clouds and storms pass without affecting this coast and flow a little further north.
Super nice place surrounded by a garden where you can take a quite beer in the evening. Friendly, easygoing staff and very cozy, large seating areas inside and outside. It's a bit dated, with loads of old Murano glass objects hanging at the walls, but I actually prefer that to the characterless globalised design you often find in newer hotels! If I remember well it was a 8 min. walk to the bus stop that within 10 minutes (c. € 2) takes you to the ferry port to catch the vaporetto to Venice. I would come again.

- fast and easy check-in (at the hotel just nearby);
- quiet place - for a perfect sleep;
- everything was communicated beforehand multiple times;
- a nice mokka coffee in the apartment - perfect for morning coffee;
- air conditioning also functioning for heating - we were off-season and nights were still chilly;
- good location to visit Venice from Punta Sabbioni;
Perfect place. A wonderful peninsula. Easy to get to Venice. Lovely beach. You will find out that the apartments are located on the 4th floor without an elevator in the courtyard of the house. The owner believes that the apartment should be cleaner on departure than on arrival. I recommend looking for other accommodation in the area
The hotel itself may be a little vintage, still it offers all you need - at a very good level.
The staff: excellent
The breakfast: abundant
The quiteness: relaxing
The proximity to beach: wow
Highly recommended.
And Venice, the aqua-park and everything else are just a stone-throw away.
We ❤️ it
Nice, clean place. Perfect stay with a family of 4-6 people. If you plan to stay in Cavallino-treporti during the summer and visit the seaside that is a place what you need. In case of visiting Venezia you need to drive to the P. Sabbioni harbor 5min and park your car for 5euro/day.
Quiet idyllic location with green space yet well connected for visiting Venice. Warm welcome, cold aircon. Comfy bed and good facilities. The free bike rental was really handy to save time getting to the harbour. Convenient parking.
very very clean and cozy, beautiful territory and surroundings, very friendly and supportive staff, 3 minutes to the sea, 5 minutes by car or 15 by bus to the port from which boats depart for Venice, transfer available
Everything was perfect. Apartment is really spacious and comfortable. Rooms are clean and well-equipped. Great contact with host. Location is also big advantage, close to water tram if you wants to visit Venice.
The apartment was very, very clean and had everything you needed. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. A large grocery store nearby, within walking distance. It was also an easy walk to Ca’Savio and Treporti.
Very nice place, wonderful nature around, the bungalow was nice and clean, equipped with everything you need, very good location if you want to visit Venice. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Recommend!
Great apartment to stay for holidays. Very clean and comfortable. View of Venice from the balcony. Very quiet surroundings. The hosts were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.
Personal is perfect. We arrived earlier and they gave us towels and key to take a shower. Breakfast was so delicious that we couldn’t stop. Absolutely recommend this hotel.
