Its a hilly town, the beach is mix of pebbles & sand and no way comfortable for a walk. It is also pretty deep, so not much shallow waters to swim. The views are not that bad, but there is a big dock, with ships anchoring, I'd rather suggest spending evenings in Savona, since it's much bigger place & has much better food choices. If you are planning to go there by car, make sure you arrange parking, as parking can be big issue even though in most places its free.

We would like to say a big thank you to a very nice young lad working at the bar who spoke to us about many of the paintings in the hotel and game excellent advice on what to see in the little Town.
