"The perfect place to stay is Raine's Studio and More, the best for family, couple, business related person and solo traveler.The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed.
Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic garden setting or parking space. I love the room I stay in. The studio apartment is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places is 5 minutes or less depending if you have your own ride or you called taxi service . I spend 3 night and I'm about extended my stay here for 7 Days or more. This place is A Home Away From Home.

The amenities, being in phase 1, the host was cordial, and no issues with the gate. The host actually had the app to let them know what was going on. It's by far the best airbnb I've stayed in, in pheonix park!

Like its name Cozy, it was quiet and comfortable . Great for couples! I felt safe, easy to find and you can park right in front. Communication with the host was very easy, she gets back to you right away. And she also check in with you periodically to make sure that everything was okay.
