I only stayed one night as it was close to the airport. I ventured out on arrival and found Izumi-Sano had more to offer than I imagined. There was a very large outlet shopping centre which o would have enjoyed more time exploring but was tired after the days journey. I would have also liked to have taken a walk to the sea. As there was a vending machine with beer and whiskey on offer. No one to consult as run by robots Packed and left even that we paid for 5 nights.no care no refund just go air filters in room very dirty. Breakfast not nice at all. I have a morning flight so only stayed one night here and visited the Seacle shopping mall/outlet mall. Good for travelers with morning flights to stay one night at the hotels at Rinku station so you dont have to rush to the airport. The apartment hotel helped us understand how it feels to live in that area of Japan. It was comfortable, provided what we needed .The free wifi was excellent. It was calm, quiet, and a friendly atmosphere. Izumisano to me is "centrally" located. It isn't too far from Osaka proper and not too far from the lush greenery of Wakayama. The city is friendly and convenient. We walked around the town a few times and it was nice! If you have a chance to stay there, do not hesitate!

Conveniently located at the airport for those arriving too late for onward travel. Very comfortable bed and exceptionally clean room with all necessities. Sadly no room service available and the only option for eating following a 10:00 pm check were a nearby gyudon restaurant (basic) and 24-hour convenience store.IanJapan

I liked the laundry facilities. The staff was very professional and welcoming. The room space was set up like a small apartment and it felt homey and comfortable. Beds were clean and nice. I enjoyed having a large table to eat from and relax sitting down. The showers were clean and working well. I enjoyed having two sinks to use. I’m overall, a very modern looking and nice hotel.
