Everything is bad, at 1 am there was loud music, no internet signals in given room. Staff was very bad behavior and rude. We paid by payment machine and as we did not liked rooms later, they refused to return money, staff fighted and we ended up not living in the hotel and rhey did not even returned money.

It is a more laid back place compared with where we had come from in Morocco ie. the bustling city of Fez -So we instantly felt more relaxed! We mostly enjoyed exploring by walking at our own pace in this pretty town in the mountains. We enjoyed views from rooftops and from the top of the Kasbah. We had good meals- one at the main square a restaurant called Twins which was great for people watching and to see the entertainers! Also the other restaurant we went to twice was called Cafe Clock where there was live music every night and the staff were very helpful and interested in chatting with us..

Picturesque town with lots of photo opportunities and hiking directly out of town. Smallish, but fun Medina which is full of steps and alleys you can get lost in, but easy to get out of as well. A bit touristy but souks are not pushy at all.

Scenic, but lots of tourists (including us!) most handicrafts for sale did not appear to be of high quality; however, some rugs looked quite nice but I didn’t have the capacity (room) to consider purchasing any.

the road up to it is in a terriable state and th elighting is very poor.
If you go in the winter then its just another rainy town.
Lots off ferrel dogs about pulling bins over in search of food and leaving the place less than desirable. Of which the locals were happy about.
So my advice do not go in winter

The colors of the city , the houses are beautiful. the shopping is great and nobody harasses you. Love the mountains and all the good restaurants. There is a Chinese restaurant there, la petite chengdu, that was really good. Walking up and down many steps is a must, if you visit and not avoidable, if you want to see the town.

Chefchaouen was a wonderful city to explore and it was beautiful! It is an easy space to wander around and explore the hidden nooks. We highly recommend getting a Moroccan Hammam and using it as a base for hiking in the Rif mountains.
This hotel is something that made my trip to Morocco beautiful and what left a great impression! The room was big and bright, with big beautiful bed, the location is very centred and easy to find, the breakfast is delicious and the stuff is super friendly, especially, the receptionist guy Hamza, who made my stay in Chefchaouen really nice! He was so kind to advise me on the best locations and even showed me around. I recommend it to everyone and I definitely will be back.
A lovely little boutique hotel with gorgeous views of the city. The property is atop a small hill and has magnificent views of the city and the surrounding landscape. Please note that you have to climb a few stairs to get to the property and there is no lift. The room was decorated beautifully and the one dinner I had was very good. The staff are warm and welcoming and effortlessly arranged transfers to other cities for me. I would highly recommend this place.
This place was great! It had more character than most places I stayed in Morocco and while not a five-star equivalent hotel by any means (your traveling in the wrong place if that’s your jam), it certainly exceeded most of the places I stayed in Morocco in a similar price rage. I appreciated some of the little touches you might expect in more traditional hotels (wine glasses, robe, iron, hairdryer). Location was excellent too. I would definitely return!!
Relatively easy to find with google maps once you get dropped off by the Hotel Parador and walk the rest of the way to the hotel. Close to our favorite crepe shop "Toda" which our host recommended to us. Close to Bab El Onsar and the path to the Bouzafer Mosque so you can watch the sunset fall over Chefchauen and not have to walk too far back to the hotel. Bed linens were nice and warm (perfect for when we visited in December).
Discover an exceptional stay at one of Chefchaouen's finest hotels, strategically positioned in the heart of the blue town. As Cultural Morocco Tours, a distinguished tour operator, we consistently choose this establishment for our guests, and the experience has never failed to exceed our expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Chefchaouen, ensuring a memorable and enriching stay.
To experience Chefchaouene, Torre Hadra is the perfect location. Close to the gate of the Madena, with lots of resteraunt options around the hotel, made it the perfect place to staf. Staff were exceptional, helping us to enjoy our stay. Beautiful rooms, modern and comfortable - looks like recently renovated and done well. Big comfortable rooms and rooftop views are to die for! Will be back for another stay soon!
Great location--close to all the action, but in a quiet street. Great views from the roof terrace. The team running the hotel were very helpful and kind--gave us advice on things to do in Chefchaouene, organised a transfer to Tangier, brought us a fruit plate when it was too hot to go out in the afternoon. Breakfast was very tasty, and the ladies running the restaurant were very kind.
Chefchaouen was highlight of my visit to Morocco and Casa El Haouta’s layout and rooms in classic Riad style were simply beautiful. Great location, short walk from square, and down the alley from excellent restaurant called Cafe Clock. What stands out is the painting and decorating in the Riad. I guarantee this is the cutest hotel you’ll ever stay in, in your life. Enjoy!
The tropical oasis of the gardens with the idyllic chill area is superb. The cleanliness of this hotel is the best we have experienced out of everywhere we have travelled in Morocco, this coupled with the incredibly friendly, helpful and kind staff (Yassin) made our stay incredible. I wish we could have stayed longer. Best hotel in Morocco!!!
It is a pretty little hotel with very comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast. The view from the terrace is also really amazing. However, the biggest positive is the staff. They are so ready to help. Ahmed is really enthusiastic and explained us everything to see and do in Chefchaouene. Will definitely recommend it to everyone.
Location is ok. Its near the square of the medina, close to shops and restaurants. But the hotel is only accessible by foot, with some stairs to climb. Not good if you have a lot of or got heavy luggage. Room is beautiful and clean. Good price. Strong wifi. Great view on the roof terrace.
Everything. The staff is amazing and the food the best. We usually never eat in the hotel we are staying in: we had a late lunch the day we arrived and it was too. That's why we decided to stay for dinner: great decision. Fantastic breakfast in a lovely dining room next to a fireplace
Very warm welcoming from the beginning also gave us an upgrade of room with out any charges.Location easy to find and exceptional hospitality.
Highly recommended if any one looking for a hotel near Chefchaouen.
The location was great! The staff were really nice , especially Yasin who helped us a lot with directions , the bathroom that was in moroccon style was really pretty, breakfast was very tasty
The hotel and staff are amazing. I look forward to going back .
Abdellatif the waiter provided us with excellent service
