The cleaners GHITA and Kadija were amazing, the entire entertainment team go above and beyond every single day! Always smiling! Moudo and memo were fabulous!!!!! Mounir also from reception assisted us and couldn’t do enough, again the staff are exceptionally polite and kind, I couldn’t complain about anything. We will be back in October! This is a very special place... I have never been to another place quite like it. It is a real life oaysis in the desert! The stunning grounds are beautiful, the pool and stage setup are incredible. All of the staff are 1st class and we were made to feel like a member of the family - the amazing Pierre greeted us when we arrived - what a host he is! The music event that night was incredible, the vibe was so good.

The whole experience was wonderful! The garden is magical and the staff is SO welcoming, generous, helpful, and nice!! They go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom had some issues (shower leaks) but honestly, everything else compensated for it, and it's also not annoying, given the rates of the hotel. Great value for money.

Super quiet and beautiful, the staff is very friendly and quick to react, the pool is nice and can spend the whole day sunbathing and jumping in. The property is nice and clean and not too remote from facilities outside, I got food delivered and it didn't take too long. The garden is beautiful and well maintained.

Beautiful hotel with big pool and very pretty gardens. The villa was a good size and very clean. Dinner was very nice and breakfast was really good. We had to leave early and they gave us a tray the night before.
