We were on our way home so we didn't really plan for time in Mexicali. The hotel was very good and safe. We used the google maps app to get to the border. Do not follow this app. It took us to the sentri lane which we had to turn around in. Sentri is for those with special passes. Absolutely no public signs to get you to the general public border crossing line. Town signs were the worst.

The room did not look very clean, the klenex box was used (I have a photo) it seemed like they had taken the box from the trash. I went to search them and let them know I took them. aha and they never replaced it. Just two sizes in the bathroom, hair rinse was born. I think next time we will opt for Fiesta Inn. I have been staying with you for a long time and this is the second time that your service leaves a lot to be desired room 1123

Bathroom has no privacy.
Bathroom has no privacy. I do not understand the logic of having an open bathroom. This was very uncomfortable and the reason for not staying there anymore. The beds, TV, staff and cafeteria are great.

Was worried about my personal safety and the safety of my vehicle and it's contents. These worries proved to be a non issue as the hotel was first class and it's location was excellent in that it is surrounded by new upscale restaurants and other well known hotels. The breakfast was outstanding in that there were several dishes to choose from, all very tasty. The staff were bilingual and very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. It worked perfectly for me in that I was able to get up early the next morning well rested and cross the border into the US without the long wait.

The seafood restaurants are amazing.
The seafood restaurants are amazing. The pharmacies, which are everywhere, have prescription drugs at lower prices than USA and you don't need a prescription. I recommend Ahorro, because they are a national chain and you can go to their website and check prices before you arrive.
The Hotel location was great and close to the venue we were going, The room was clean and the bed so comfy. The personal service that they provided us was outstanding. The Mexican buffet offers a wide variety of delicious and mouthwatering food, everything we ate was fresh and delicious. We got to the restaurant at 9:00 am on Saturday and it wasn't busy but by 10:00 am it was full and with a wait of 20 to 30 min.
This is a standard business hotel along a highway, three or four more of the same style on the same block. There are standard roadside restaurants and a supermarket. The rooms are comfy and spacious, without any luxury. We got a room in front of the pool, but by the end of december, even Mexicali becomes too cold to take a dip.
Only hotel of hundreds I have stayed in that has no glasses in the bathroom, called to see if maid maybe forgot to leave one but they said that is the hotel policy, if I wanted one I had to go to the bar in the lobby to request a plastic glass. Not consumer oriented on this, had to get dressed and go down to get it.
I arrived late at night, they didn't honor the reservation and said they were overbooked.
There were people outside with the same issue I booked to another hotel trough booking.com and when a arrived I encounter the same issue.
I had to use Expedia to find a hotel to honor reservation, finally at 1.30 am checked in
None it was a horrible stay , and I use to stay at this hotel before but it had gotten worse and worse each stay , I will no longer spend so much money on a shitty hotel not worth my 200 and my room was not even clean and the rest of my party their room was worse
Two pool areas and a very good mexican breakfast. Very kind people. The hotel is an enclosed facility with more buildings and restaurants. The Italian restaurant has the best Ceasar salad we have ever had, though the prices are higher.
To be my first time amazing but when we came to Mexicali all the times we always came to take breakfast cause it’s so delicious all the food thats why this time we choose to stay at the hotel.
Thank you so much
Very clean upon arrival
Like the courtesy waters in room
Their breakfast was about the only great thing about this hotel very friendly staff during breakfast hours
Much to choose from. My kids loved the food
Rooms are large, area is calm, and rates are reasonable for what you get. Pool is larger than most other hotels in the area. Plenty of parking and we didn’t hear much of any noise during our stay.
Very cheap hotel at a very good location, the fact that breakfast is included is a big plus for this price. Low budget, no high expectations: this is a great option to stay in Mexicali.
El servicio de limpieza en la habitación excelente y diaria, instalaciones en excelente estado, personal amable, cama cómoda, hotel en general moderno, tranquilo y bonito.
