Salalh is not ready to tourists. a very poor area along the coast, dirty apartments, the food is mostly street food. locals are often not friendly and can be aggressive. Taxi drivers at the airport are generally trash. The local nature is beautiful, but if there is a car. you can't swim from June to October, it's terrible. There are no promenades, parks for walking. There is nothing to see and very expensive prices. In general, I do not recommend it. In my list of countries, this country is in last place.

Salalah is a very beautiful place with amazing nature including mountains, deserts and beach. It has a reach history and culture which is somehow deferment than Muscat with its tribal traditions, delicious food and green areas. Visitors must enjoy picnics on the mountains to see waterfalls and wadis. Special camel meat (Madhbi) is one the best to me as well as many modern restaurants and coffee shops everywhere. Add on that the people of Salalah are very kind and friendly welcome the guest

My next stay in Salalah will be at Fanar Hotel only. And I recommend this to my friends.
Thank you so much 💓
Amazing place to stay. We stayed in a suit, and the stay was pleasent. We would love to go Atana Stay again, rather an expensive 5star hotel. Atmosphere is amazing, staff are so polite and welcoming. We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Mohiuddin one of the finest staff at Atana. He assisted us during our stay. This property is also near to Salalah Airport, which is away from city so you will avoid that traffic rush and noise. Ain Razat is 18 min drive from hotel too.
we were very happy that we got accommodated earlier to our Luxury’s apartment and it is really amazing place to stay with greatest sea 🌊 and Marina view and you can see the sunset and sunshine from the Balcony. i would definitely consider it again to come back next time to salalah and stay in the same apartment all facilities are available restaurants u have Rotana, Fanar and Juweira hotels and amazing 🤩 place next the pool with great view for barbecue 🍖
It was a great, quite and relaxing experience . We got one big bed room apartment with fridge, cooking range and washing machine for couple of days. Staff were very nice, they delivery your choice of breakfast, on your requested time to your room. Did not got this service in any 5 star till date. 10 minutes away from airport so can leave hotel just near your flight timing.
Hotel location, the white sand beach amazing, the villa was nice quite and cimfotable, breakfast amazing, food delicious, all staff were nice and doing the best to keep the costumers happy, would like to thank omaima al jabri she has been so nice and helpful , also the omani guys at reception all are perfect, thanks to all.

Lovely hotel and Great location. The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff were amazing. We went to the rooftop restaurant and had an amazing time. The atmosphere and service were great. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time.
Respectful staff and they were doing their best all the time. They meet our needs and they were understandable. It's the best hotel on Salalah for me, including room layouts and it has a beautiful view. Thank you Hilton Salalah🤍

Nice hotel with very friendly staff located at the outskirts of Salalah. The rooms are new, clean and spacious. The pool was warm and big. Overall, I can fully recommend this hotel.
We were able to experience the rich culture of Omanis and the way they lived. The Hotel has been built considering the minute details of Omani Heritage.
