Extremely good value in an expensive hotel city. Very quiet area that is only minutes from the airport. Can strongly recommend to use as a place to explore San Juan but quiet. Management was awesome... no problems at all despite very late arrival.

At the Village there are discrepancies on the website. The restaurant and bar is promised "on-site" but in fact neither is operating, with a variety of excuses, i.e. "a situation" with unkempt promises that it will open " tomorrow."

Beautiful and close to several attractions only factor had a few inconveniences and should had gotten a better price for the inconveniences when not at fault. Need to have a better rate for these causes. Was put on a third floor room when specifically asked for a first floor due to knee surgery they said they would accommodate and was put on a second floor then this room was ok but had a leak in bathroom light fixture so had to move from one end to the other rooms was not serviced when asked and ants in rooms .Mota - 4.0Scored 4.0

Great property structurally; however, many things did not work.The property was not clean and there were ants everywhere. The jacuzzi was filthy and not working, the pools filtration system did not work and we couldn't use it after the first day. All of the external furniture was dirty, the electricity on the lower half of the home didn't work for two days - which meant for two days, we had maintenance people in and out of the house. The outside lights that lighten the yard did not work. The house was just unkept and apparently never checked on. I would be ashamed to rent this house out. Not being a hotel , these individual units are maintained by a team outside the site. Everything from towels, toiletries, kitchen cutleries is already set at the property. Fridge even had some free water , flavored yoghurt. Coffee maker, microwave, sofa cum bed is of added value. We took a unit with 2 separate bed rooms with a living room cum kitchen.
