The location is good, surrounded by forest and lots of places to hike, or to visit, like waterfalls and caves. The receptionist and the waiter was really nice and hospitable, he provided information and was very kind. I liked the view from the balcony and also from the restaurant terrace.

The room was extra spacious, perfect to accommodate a family with kids. It was very clean. The host was very welcoming and helpful, she helped us with our luggage both on arrival and on departure, she toured the property for us and responded to all our requests super promptly. We liked the small play area for kids, the salt room and the sauna. Location was also very convenient, as we were in the area for only 2 days and it allowed us to make the most out of our time (the adventure park nearby, decent food options around, cave visit). Overall great value for money.

The location and the cabin were amasing. Hearing the birds, crickets and the river is all the white noise you need to relax. The staff were also suuuper nice, helpful and friendly. Bathroom, kitchen and bedroom were clean and nice. Last but not least, the dogs and cats there are just a bunch love bombs, Bobita being the best dog. Would definitely visit again.

    The location of the facility is in a quiet place, about 1km away from the Vartop chair lift. The host is very friendly and gave us a lot of instructions on the tourist attractions nearby. The food is absolutely delicious here and they also have a bar with everything you need (including local drinks). Everything was over our expectations and we had a great time here.

    We arrived late afternoon and the staff put themselves out to make sure that we were still able to be fed from the kitchen. The staff and the owner were super helpful and really nice people to deal with. The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a lovely location overlooking the ski slope on the tree line
