Our stay at the Jabal Omar Hilton Makkah Convention Hotel was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the view of the Haram was breathtaking.
The location of the hotel is perfect for pilgrims, as it is just a short walk to the Haram. This convenience made it easy for us to attend prayers without any hassle. Additionally, the hotel is situated near several shopping and dining options, which was very convenient for us.
Also want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Basser Tayuan - who from the moment we arrived, greeted and welcomed us with warmth and proved to be really helpful in sorting out our bags to getting us checked in earlier by working with Hamadhi (exec at the Hilton Honors Desk). This support & hospitality was truly commendable and appreciated. I would like to also express my gratitude to the cleaning room attendant, Ashraful Islam who made sure the rooms were kept clean & refreshed. Lastly everyone at the reception were really nice and welcoming and ensured a smooth process without any hassle.
Overall, our experience at the Jabal Omar Hilton Makkah Convention Hotel was wonderful, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Makkah.

Horrible , please if you read my review trust me this is the last place you wanna book and stay, just run away and seek another hotel.
Very bad facility , we booked for 16 nights as we found a good deal through booking, they simply checked us out after staying for 6 nights because the rates of the rooms increased because of the hajj season , they want to gain more money from renting our room,
Not clean and even the water not for free , they give you 500ml bottle daily and if you need more you have to buy it 😅 no toothbrush no slippers

The staff were very friendly. I am specially grateful to the two Egyptian brothers (brother SAMIR and brother HAD). These two brothers are very friendly, sincere, helpful and kind. The Indian brother Sarafu-alddin was also very helpful always smiling. I am extremely grateful to these brothers for making my stay an excellent experience in the most blessed city in the World.

This is a holy place. Too hot in summer.
This is a holy place. Too hot in summer. Looks like this is safe City but also to be vigilant as lot of people visiting heere.
Prices are not fixed and needs to be knowledgeable about the cost, otherwise you may end up paying more. Lot of food choices here. Most of travelers are pilgrims to visit Macca. It is better to understand Arabic, because sometimes, it is hard for people here to understand English. However, they can find the translator, if required. Most of the time people respect others as this is holy place and people avoid to have arguments. Highly recommend to visit.

Whenever I have time off, visiting Mecca is always at the top of my list! It's a place that draws you in, and every time you leave, you feel like you haven't had enough and want to return for more. Besides performing Umrah and prayers, it has a unique appeal to the heart and soul. Of course, it is the House of Allah!

I liked the trip.
I liked the trip. Hotel location is prime location and there service is very good.( Swissôtel Makkah)
The only thing I can’t find kids entertainment or even near by Haram ( walking distance).
The people selling in the street making more crowd while going to Haram or others asking for taxi ride.
The virtual museum is good attraction. Especially for kids.
Shopping is overpriced.

Would like to come back again but the haram sharif was very confusing about which gate to use to go in and every day there was a change - as usual the security employees were very rude and discourteous specially to women
We stayed for 2 nights. very good experience, Haram was just 5 minutes walk, taxies arrive right in front of the hotel, also stations for local busses very close. Mr Shafiqur Rehman, restaurant manager was excellent, providing every possible assistance. Breakfast was great with many choices. Our out of hours house keeping request was immediately dealt with by Mr Jamal. Must recommend this hotel for anyone looking quality accomodation near Haram in Makkah.
2 minutes walk towards the restaurant. 12 minutes walk to Haram Clock tower from tunnel.
16 minutes walk to Haram Via Ibrahim khalil Road.
Staff was responsive. Every day room service cleaning. Towel. Bedsheets. Soap. Shampoo. Tea coffee mineral water was there in the morning.
Value for money near Haram.
The staff very friendly and well dressed and helpful , specially the man his name abdelmajed , he providing welcome coffee and hot juice, the hotel provid late checkout if the guests need it , the location near haram , the breakfast open Buffay and delicious and fresh .
room size was great for a family of 4 members, great compared to other hotels in the same area.
Location near Haram, clean rooms, two toilets in the same apartment (with one bathroom), near to everything (i.e. shopping, barber shop, fast-food, etc...)
Price is pocket friendly comparing to other neighborhood hotels near Haram. Neat and clean hotel. There was power failure in room frequently. They gave me next door room but we didn’t change room as the technician rectified within some time.
Jabal Omar Marriott is 3 minutes by bus near Haram. Suttle bus trips drives you near Haram but hotel stay is not encouraging. A closer place would encourage one more to attend most of prayers. Hotel dining is somehow poor quality.
It was a temporary stay for us on our last day in Makkah as our flight was early morning from Jeddah so there was no point in paying high rates for our regular hotel near Haram. Hotel was clean and cheap for 4-5 hrs stay.
the hotel was very cheap ,
3 min haram walking ,
supermarket are available near haram ,
Value for money,
the staff was friendly and helpfully
the gift shops are very near from the hotel
I recommend to stay in
I had an exceptional stay at this brand new hotel! Very clean, super helpful staff, great location near Haram, and the view from the 36th-floor Prayer room was the best (picture below). I highly recommend the hotel.
It's a clean hotel, near Haram on the way, but in returning back a bit far however there is a bus available 24 hours. Most of the staff was helpfull. Mr. Ali, Mr. Ziad and Mr. Abdulla were very cooperative.
Everything was great..room was comfortable and clean.A lots of shops nearby but very less restaurant...So if you want to buy food should buy near Haram then only get back to hotel.
The best location near Haram, didn't have to go anywhere else to find things, a few steps to Haram, shopping within the clock tower, and all kinds of food options in the building.
