I Loved the atmosphere, cleanliness, service, WIFI, food, and the quiet demeanor of the people. They corrected a booking error and resolved all issues expeditiously! I was delighted when no one else was able to book me due to a large group of people coming from a huge conference and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Will be back in the near future. Thank you Morena!!

Been here many times, but last time it was 6 years ago, the city has grown, it has nice highways, feels safe, the food is nice, people are so polite and with lots of hospitality. We truly wished we coulda stayed longer, so definitely next time.
Clean, safe, friendly, culturally rich, easy going and friendly people. They recently renewed the ciry downtown for cultural show. Its a very nice city. Zona Rosa, Escalon and Salvador del Mundo are good places to visit. Food offer is very ample for international and local dishes

My wife and I are still thanking God for this 3 day trip to San Salvador. The people there are all so friendly and helpful; and it is obviously because they are so happy and thankful to God for using Nayib Bukele to rid their country of the gangs, so that now they can live in peace and prosperity. I have never been to a place where the people are so friendly and kind, and willing to go out of their way to help someone. We saw an emerging new nation of people who take their freedom seriously, love their President and respect authority, and take God's mercy seriously...a nation who is educating their children properly and striving to never fall into the same terrible trap that they have been delivered from. San Salvador is an excellent place to visit. We look forward to going back sometime soon, God willing.

The new national library is a work of art and definitely worth a visit. El Salvador now is a very safe country to visit unlike some years ago. We were there end of March so it was already very hot with 39 Celsius in the afternoon. Best combine the cities Santa Ana and San Salvador with some days at the beach to cool off.

San Salvador has much to offer in the form of a very safe environment for couples, families. They are an abundance of stores, coffee shops and places to eat traditional Salvadoran or other types of food. During certain hours and in certain areas, traffic can be overwhelming. Using applications like google can help you navigate around the city as some streets do not have the name of the street posted which is a big issue that needs correction.

Safety it's a plus, feels secure and walk freely at anytime (Zona Rosa and Centro Historico...) Many places and different cuisine styles at affordable prices to choose from... Transportation it's ease using private or public service. Always use common sense to avoid dangerous situations like carrying a lot of cash large denominations...
The hotel itself is a very nice place. It is modern and very much upscale. Breakfast is served at the restaurant in a very nice atmosphere with garden view and nice quiet music. Furthermore, the included breakfast options are exceptional. Nevertheless, during the night (we were there Thursday to Saturday) the hotel is not necessarily quiet as it is located in a fancy neighbourhood of San Salvador where there are a lot of night clubs. In fact, both nights, there was a lot of loud music until very late.
Polite and friendly staff who greats you with a smile no matter what time of the day. The rooms are super clean and definitely it’s the best bang for your buck. The hotel is well located and few minutes away from all major attractions and even to the Mall. I highly recommend this place to anyone who like to travel on a budget. The neighborhood is super safe. Double thumbs up on this place.
Beautiful hotel, with a decent restaurant and a great cafe in the courtyard. Ismael in the executive lounge was fantastic- friendly and helpful- and Roberto in the restaurant was also wonderful, and he makes the best lattes! Everyone was very friendly to our two year old daughter and made us feel very welcome. The views from our room were the best part!
exactly what I neeed after a week travelling through Central America. i enjoyed the hotel very much, room was excellent and the shower was so nice! the balcony was also a great touch. the lady in the morning is super friendly and the breakfast menu was good as it was fresh made to order
The hotel was kind enough to arrange an airport pickup for me at a reasonable price. The breakfast was very nice and included in the price. I requested a quiet room and the hotel provided me one. Noise was not an issue.
I would definitely stay here if I visit San Salvador again.
Great place, basically an older part of the Hilton Hotel so use all the same facilities as the Hilton. Great coffee place and restaurant, breakfast was delightful, staff were friendly, room extremely spacious, gym was well equipped, the bed was HUGE! Would highly recommend!
I absolutely loved the hotel, the staff was very friendly. The view was amazing, definitely get a balcony/patio room. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was spacious, mini kitchen was a huge bonus! The pool was beautiful but too cold to swim in.
We choose these place because of the location, BUT once there is the staff that makes this place the best place to stay while in El Salvador.
10 stars 🌟 🌟 to all of them, specially Perla.
Thank you for making our stay in San Salvador an awesome one.
Beautiful hotel. Very peaceful & comfortable. Staff were very helpful.
Lovely shop on site too.
We had to leave early before breakfast was available, the staff, very kindly, put together a lovely parcel to go. Thanks very much
Breakfast was $8. Hotel had many rules. In by 10 pm or you are locked out for the night. Doors open at 6am. Hotel not close to restaurants or stores. Hotel old and outdated, was not worth the price.
The best things about the hotel were the very friendly manager and the secluded garden, full of plants and flowers and tropical birdsong. Also very secure, which is always a good thing in El Salvador.
Cozy Boutique Hotel in San Salvador! Very clean, friendly staff, perfect and safe location (San Benito). Breakfast great as well. We liked our stay at Kaleo a lot.
"The hotel provided an amazing experience with its comfortable suite and convenient parking, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious Swedish buffet breakfast."
One of the best buffet breakfasts we have taken in San Salvador. Spacious restaurant, never too crowded. Personnel very kind and willing to take care of us.
Breakfast was Okay. This is a house converted into Hotel. They charged me $10 for using debit card. Price of the room was high as per property condition.
