I Loved the atmosphere, cleanliness, service, WIFI, food, and the quiet demeanor of the people. They corrected a booking error and resolved all issues expeditiously! I was delighted when no one else was able to book me due to a large group of people coming from a huge conference and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Will be back in the near future. Thank you Morena!!

My wife and I are still thanking God for this 3 day trip to San Salvador. The people there are all so friendly and helpful; and it is obviously because they are so happy and thankful to God for using Nayib Bukele to rid their country of the gangs, so that now they can live in peace and prosperity. I have never been to a place where the people are so friendly and kind, and willing to go out of their way to help someone. We saw an emerging new nation of people who take their freedom seriously, love their President and respect authority, and take God's mercy seriously...a nation who is educating their children properly and striving to never fall into the same terrible trap that they have been delivered from. San Salvador is an excellent place to visit. We look forward to going back sometime soon, God willing.

The new national library is a work of art and definitely worth a visit. El Salvador now is a very safe country to visit unlike some years ago. We were there end of March so it was already very hot with 39 Celsius in the afternoon. Best combine the cities Santa Ana and San Salvador with some days at the beach to cool off.

San Salvador has much to offer in the form of a very safe environment for couples, families. They are an abundance of stores, coffee shops and places to eat traditional Salvadoran or other types of food. During certain hours and in certain areas, traffic can be overwhelming. Using applications like google can help you navigate around the city as some streets do not have the name of the street posted which is a big issue that needs correction.

Safety it's a plus, feels secure and walk freely at anytime (Zona Rosa and Centro Historico...) Many places and different cuisine styles at affordable prices to choose from... Transportation it's ease using private or public service. Always use common sense to avoid dangerous situations like carrying a lot of cash large denominations...

The traffic is kinda bad, and a lot of public places like roads, walls, and parks can benefit from paint, but the local government is improving a lot of places, the facilities, and the security. I hope with time it keeps improving, for now, it's an OK site to pass on the way to nearby beaches and mountains.

It is a much safer city now in 2023 and people frequently talk about the sense of peace they now feel pretty much anywhere in the city and the country in general. Salvadorian people are kind and customer service oriented by nature. The beaches are nearby and a must see when visiting the capital for a short stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful, Parking was easy and readily available, and it was close to all the attractions of the San Salvador Zona Rosa area. If you like bar hopping, it's a perfect location for it since it has so many bars in easily walkable distances. The hotel was older and could use some tlc but not complaining since it had air conditioning for people who can't handle the heat and also two rooms for my wife and I to let the children have their own room to sleep in. I will be returning again in the future.
I highly recommend staying at this property. Prior to my arrival I communicated with the property numerous times pertaining to airport pickup and transfer to the hotel, scheduling my covid test, etc. The property responded quickly and helped me with all my pre-travel needs.
The hotel is beautiful. There are antiques and plants found around the property. My room was a nice size, the bed comfortable, and the room was very clean.
I would stay at this hotel again!
The location is in Escalon, the best colonia in San Salvador. Beautiful area, close to restaurants and shopping areas like Gran Vía, but also easy to get out of town and head to the volcanoes and beaches! Having the complementary breakfast was perfect to get us going every morning. Also, the staff couldn’t be more polite. Every single time we saw a staff member, they asked us if we needed something. Exceptional customer service.
The rooms were clean and the AC was necessary for the heat of San Salvador. Breakfast was delicious and there was a large variety so you could have a different option each day. Staff were professional and the hotel is in a safe location (although you'll need a taxi to get to some sights!). We even came back and stayed an extra night before we took our shuttle to Nicaragua because we were so impressed.
This Hotel is amazing, is located in a elite location Zona Rosa in San Salvador There are restaurants and malls around the Hotel. At night time you can walk to so many bars with great food. The Hotel Staff is very friendly and they go above and beyond to help you. Also, their is amazing restaurant inside the Hotel with International dishes. I was very pleased with this Hotel.
We were very happy with our stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful making us feel welcome. The room , though in need of renovation (as mentioned by the other reviews) , was clean and, most importantly, the beds were very comfortable. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
The hotel looks so nice, green and cosy. I love love love the personal touches and artwork throughout the hotel. And the inside garden is a true gem. But best are the people! So kind and helpful, you feel at home right away!
Location, breakfast, room and the staff was PERFECT! They have a pool, parking and the wifi was good! I want to go back to the hotel, amazing place to stay! The area is one of the best ones in San Salvador.
Hotel entrance is inside of restaurant. Staff were too nice to us and hotel area has security around because of other hotels. Location is good, and on restaurant meals were so delicious & cheap.
We finally got a room after not finding the hotel with the address on booking.com, then getting told our booking had been canceled! Even though on booking.com it still had our booking there
Lovely hotel with amazing garden, lovely restaurant and comfortable rooms. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel in San Salvador
Such an incredible little hotel in San Salvador, plants everywhere, amazing terrace and garden/breakfast area. Extremely friendly staff. Incredible breakfast. On-site parking.
