The bed was clean enough to sleep on. The pool looked decent but didnt use it. The shower all though crawling with ants was clean enough and not icky with mold and things, especially since the building is clearly old.
Quiet & close to beach & 711

The Cape Bar is very good The beach is good. I was warned of jelly fish but didn't spot any. No diving near by which was my fault for not checking. I would avoid the flight/bus/ferry/ bus/ taxi option Over seven hours and information is very limited.

West part of the beach, where was our hotel, was too much constructed. When the tide is high, you can't walk on the beach (as the hotels are built too close) and can't go from one hotel to another one as they have walls separating each hotels. Meaning you are basically trapped in your hotel and can go somewhere only through vehicle roads. Very impractical beach walks.

Mae Nam was lovely, crazy and busy on the main road but quiet and laid back on beach roads. Has supermarkets, pharmacy's etc.
So easy to get around to other resorts, Fishermans Village, Chewang, Lamai and Nathong. On the main road there's lots of buses songthaws that will stop for you and once you've bargained the price just hop on board, great fun

Very coarse sand with a very steep bank.
Very coarse sand with a very steep bank. It hurts your feet to walk on and it's not comfortable for sunbathing.
On the upside, water is clean and beach is very quiet with very few people and barely any beach bars or clubs.

the location of the property was awful. the approachto the property was innaccessible. steep windy hill , taxi refused to take us all the way to property because of access. transport essential at this property
The hotel is situated in Mae Nam , amazing beautiful and quiet beach .Beach Fantastic for people who want rest , peace and quiet . To move around you need taxi ( min 500 Bth) or a scooter to go anywhere. The area of the hotel has super nice bars restaurant near by the Cape Away Beach bar WiFi is awesome and the Mimosa . The hotel itself was soso .
The place was very close to the pier so I could walk there and continue traveling to my destination. That was super comfortable. The room was clean, minimal but pretty. The garden was token good care. The area nearby the resort has many massage shops. I walked to the closest shop and got a great relaxing time before sleeping.
Our host, John, was one of the best hosts we have ever had the pleasure of having. Very caring and very proactive. The villa itslef was better in real life than in the photos. The location, in the jungle...impressive and a pure nirvana for the senses. This place, Johns place, is an oasis on Koh Samui.
The beach villa was very nice and private, it was very close to the beach and had a very big and clean private pool.
The room design and facilities were very nice.
The resort offered free kayaking and sap all day long.
The staff provided us every night with snacks and lit incense in the villa.
It's an amazing hotel for Koh Samui. The room I chose is clean and livable. The facilities are full. The cool air conditioner is my favorite. Wi-Fi is also very good. I can surf the internet everywhere. I love the food at this hotel very much. It's a very delicious Thai food.
The staff was very friendly, the resort is cute and full of plants. The restaurant, bar and pool are right in front of the beach.
The bungalow I stayed was not big but enough space for one person. It had a private bathroom with toiletries and towels.
I recommend this place!
微笑ましい — From my point of view, Pinnacle Samui Resort is one of the excellent locations to forget your winter blues. Ultra clean, and the staff are utmost friendly. The location of the Hotel on the island is quiet and lovely (Maenam Beach). Breakfast is awesome.
We stayed here 3 times and we won't stay anywhere else in Koh Samui. Great views, wonderful quiet atmosphere, some nice restaurants, massage places and 7/11 near by. Tum and her husband are the best. We will come back !
Really friendly owner, gave us a lift to the boat- pier early in the morning when we were leaving.
Good pressure and hot water in the shower.
Comfy bed.
One of the best beaches in Koh Samui
O U T S T A N D I N G! The best resort on Samui island. High standard of service and attention with fantastic staff. If you stay here, you get what you pay for. Overall highly recommended.
Right on the gorgeous Mae Nam beach. The bungalows are really basic, but the location is PRIME and quiet. Probably one of the most gorgeous spots in Ko Samui with views of Ko Phangan.
This is easily the nicest resort I’ve ever stayed at and we’ve been twice now. The team there are really the kindest people in the hospitality business.
