Our room was very clean and cute, with a nice view from the balcony ! It is a good location— a short (uphill) walk from the bay in a cute, historic neighborhood. The room and bathroom are pretty small for the price paid. We stayed two days and had a great breakfast the first day. I was disappointed though that due to having to catch a flight and leave at 7:45 a.m., they were unable to provide us any breakfast at all.

The city castle - a must visit, lovely views, impressive architecture and historic place.
The streets are full of beautiful flowers and lovely places to seat and enjoy.
The parking is quite limited, but we have also find something close by.
Çark balik Ceşme - beat seafood restaurant !
Be careful with some restaurants that don’t provide menu, but offer negotiations for any food ( tourists cheating)

Cesme is an excellent city for beach tourism.
Cesme is an excellent city for beach tourism. If you're interested in excursions to ancient sites or something similar, then you'll need to go somewhere else. If you come by your own car, it's not a problem; I traveled from Cesme to Izmir and Ephesus that way. But if you just want to swim in the crystal-clear sea and relax on beautiful beaches, then this is the perfect choice. There are public beaches with free changing rooms, showers, and toilets. There are also private beaches with a wide range of prices, from 200 TL to 2200 TL (and possibly even more, I'm not sure). There are also wild beaches where people relax with tents - in short, there are plenty of options. But the important thing is that everywhere the water is perfectly clean, and the sand is excellent.

Well in term of quietness, this could be the best part of turkey. No trouble, no noise and very clean area. It's like somewhere in suburbs of a crowded city you go during weekends. But in my mind, I stayed for too long; maybe at most two days was enough.
You can walk in marina area and enjoy the beautiful wether during summer.
I saw something strange in there: you can not feel like you're in Turkey at all. All the shops are playing European or American music, and the restaurants are all serving every kind of food except for Turkish! The only thing which is related to Turkey is when you hear people talking in Turkish!
Believe me, if you're looking for adventure, this place is not the place!

Beautiful villas and garden.
Beautiful villas and garden. Luxuriant green everywhere, clean and clearly well managed. The water was crystal-clear everywhere (and I've been on six beaches). Unfortunately the beaches themselves were the dirties I've ever seen. Cigarette stubs (absolutely everywhere), plastic wrappings, bags, on one beach even even beers left behind, absolutely no respect for the nature ... If one can ignore this and go mostly for the water and swimming it's a great place.

An amazing getaway for able-bodied adults.
An amazing getaway for able-bodied adults. This isn’t a kid-friendly town.
Some key takeaways:
- The wind can be brutal.
- Scooters/wheeled vehicles need to be banned on pedestrian-only walkways but they aren’t so be cautious.
- Lack of food options. Everything is Turkish or a spin-off of Turkish (“homemade”, faux Mexican are still Turkish dishes).
- Incessant prayers over loudspeakers from mosques at least 5x a day (4:30am-10:40pm). Read about this prior to visiting.
- NOT accessible if you have any type of impairment (bad back, assisted walking devices, etc.)
- Don’t expect people to speak English or to have menus in English. If you have zero expectations of this then you’ll be fine.
- Power/water outages are common.
- Driving in Turkey. Just DON’T. Leave it to the pros and grab a Taksi. Traffic signals are very confusing. Round-abouts also use traffic signals (no clue why but they do). Lines on roads mean nothing. Patience, patience, patience. Drivers blow horns and flash lights constantly (don’t take this personally and never react to them). In fact they sometimes honk their horn to help you out. I suggest not even attempting to drive here.
Overall, we stayed in Cesme for an entire month. It is a beautiful coastal town and if you are mentally prepared for the above-mentioned things then you’ll have a wonderful time.

This hotel is a hidden gem, its curated garden and rooms, all with this ethnic style are definitely not main stream, you see every object was researched and chosen with care. Owner and staff are extremely welcoming, friendly, and kind. always similing and going above and beyond to help. the best people we met in our trip around Turkey.
also appreciated the lovely Turkish breakfast, we didn’t mind that there was no option to choose from as everything was really good quality, abundant and great.
also great value for money.
It was quite, clean and had a nice view. Besides that the staff were very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend if you go to Çeşme
I liked everything :) For me it is a perfect place.
Very quiet around, beautiful hotel and surroundings, Awesome view from the room and from the terrace.
Nice and very helpful staff..
We didn't go to the beach, we were said it is around 50 mt. but there is a wild cliffy kind of beach close to the hotel.
You can go to Chios iceland by ship (around 35 euro).
The D hotel is a lovely hotel located in a convenient location for cesme and alacati. The staff were very polite and helpful and always helped with a smile. Young lady Îlkay at the reception was wonderful and the hotel owner Mr Yakup was attentive to all his guests. The rooms were very clean with a nice view of the pool. Thank you to all staff at the D hotel and thank you Mr Yakup. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing holiday.
Amazing staying! Delicious breakfast with homemade products, i.e. jams, menemen/omlette, vegetables from the owner's garden. Everyone was so helpful and kind, very warm for us. There is also a beautiful swimming pool and garden where you can eat the breakfast. The localisation of the hotel is also perfect, 5 minutes away from bus station where you can get a bus to local beaches and İzmir. Thank you all for a wonderful time in Çeşme!
The hotel meets all requirements on a 5 star facility. The rooms are spacious and perfectly clean. The location is as good as it gets in Cesme. There is a small stripp of artificial sand beach. Shallow waters, easy to enter the sea for children: stunning views over the Aegean sea. Tasteful pools, beach bar and a green area with sun beds and hammocks. Covid protocol was met by hotel staff. Guests often didn't care too much
Like everything. Our first night in Turkey was super perfect!
-Good location in the middle of the town. Close to everything I needed.
-Very beautifully decorated room. The room had everything I needed.
-Very friendly staffs. Dantela was so nice. Other staffs were very helpful.
-Best breakfast ever in Turkey. I felt like home having breakfast at this hotel. Various choice they provided.
We were on holiday from Australia and came to Cesme for the beautiful beaches. This villa hotel is the perfect location to many beach clubs. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious! Best Turkish breakfast we had on our whole holiday. Beautiful pool! Have nothing bad to say at all! We loved our stay!
It’s literally right by all the shops at the Marina. Plenty of places to choose from to eat, and a short walk away from places to grab a taxi if needed. Staff was very friendly, and accommodating. The views were FANTASTIC as well!
**when reading what I did not like, keep in mind also that this isn’t some grande 5 star hotel!**
I did not like anything about this property - most of the property mages shared on Booking are fake and photoshopped. They won’t let you in the room before they receive the full payment and when asking for check-out, they rejected to refund my money.
They ruined my vacation and my whole experience in Cesme
great place. in a walking distance to the Boyalik public beach. The city bus stops right in front of the hotel and will take you to the ILica beach or Cesme downtown.
A special thank you to the hotel staff - at the reception desk and the restaurant - for doing everything to make our stay confortable!
The hotel is a nice stone house. Beautiful. It is run by a very kind and supportive family. They always help if you have questions. Breakfast are home made, rooms very clean. Very good Internet. Walking distance to sea and Cesme. Minibus on the other side of the road. It is really very convenient.
Perfect place for exploring Alaçati and Cesme. Exceptional staff, very clean and well appointed suites. Highly recommended. Everyone above goes above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. Delicious and heart breakfast. Very near the best beaches in the area.
I couldn't recommend more this hotel. From the friendly stuff who makes you feel like you're a family, to the yummy breakfast, this hotel is one of the best option for staying in cesme.
The hotel is beautiful with good, helpful staff. The breakfast was really good. Although it's not in the city centre, it is easy to get there by taxi if you aren't driving
very friendly staff, very very good location. right between alacati and cesme and even the minibuses are stopping right in front of the hotel. the hotel is very clean too.
