They stole a $3000 lenovo laptop...
They stole a $3000 lenovo laptop...No one answers the phone...a woman called me to say my tv was too loud...turned it down...walked to front desk...no one there...waited...walked back to the room...minutes later, the police show up to escort me out of the room...because of my political views I was playing on tv...my Lenovo laptop was under the covers and they deny the theft and keep having up on me....submitted a police report.Gonzo6389 - 10Scored 10

I was worn out, the room, bed, facilities and staff were great. The bed was great. I like the linens. Chinese buffet had just opened after the "quarentine"; the food was good. Yes, it's easy to get around Mission. Don't buy gas at "Murphy's" by the "Wal Mart"; my AMEX card got hacked there for $100.00, and my next stop for fuel was in "Kerrville" at the "Shell", bad experience while traveling, total bummer!!!

The facility needed to be cleaner, my room door did not close properly unless pushed hard, the window did not close all the way and the elevator did not work properly I got stuck on the 3rd floor and had to push the emergency button and the staff let me out.

if you are a "winter texan" in search for a home away from home you might consider the rio grande valley. 9 world birding centers. the national butterfly center. plenty to do and see. and it is 70 to 80 degrees in feb.

The hotel seems like a new facility, very clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a hot breakfast with several different options. We stayed here for one night.
