We were greeted warmly by staff and were able to get into our room early.
We were told, after checking in, that the bar area was closed that night for a private event - between 7 and 10 pm. That was a bummer. We'd likely have spent some time there.

The continental breakfast had products that were healthy not cheap. For example, the granola tastes homemade with gluten free options, Chiboni yogurt (not full of sugar), blueberries that are huge with no stems or bruising, and plenty of coffee to go (Keurig) or freshly brewed. The beds are comfy cozy, wishing I could have slept in!

33 Main was not only extremely comfortable and sylishly appointed, but also well positioned for any exploration of the Berkshires in general. The breakfast at the hotel itself was fantastic, and Lenox boasts several excellent restaurants that we enjoyed in the evenings.

This was off season and yet we find that April has enough stores and restaurants open. A beautiful walking town and when we make plans, walking in the woods or at Greylock are amazing. The community is very friendly towards travelers!

A beautiful western Massachusetts town, very walkable, with nice boutiques and galleries. We visited in October, so some restaurants had closed for the season. We, however,
were fortunate to have an incredible meal at Firefly Gastropub. It was popping the night we were there! We had seats at the bar and were attended by the amazing bartender who must have been wearing roller skates! I highly recommend a visit to the area.

If you go to a concert on a Sunday hardly any restaurants are open. If there are any, they don't open until 5 pm which is too late when going to a concert. You need reservations a month or so in advance. No 4 or 5 star hotels. Tanglewood is a wonderful venue to see live music and Canyon Ranch Spa is fabulous

Everything is broken or out of order and the "breakfast" that they offer is yogurt, cheap muffins and cheap coffee. The beds are cheap and hard, the pillows are cheap and flat, we didn't have a comforter-we had two sheets and some sort of runner across the foot of the bed. The hair dryer and refrigerator were broken. The advertised pool is empty and filthy. Seriously, there are other hotels that are right around this price point, worth the extra few dollars to pick a different place.

Lenox is a beautiful, historical and authentic town in the heart of the Berkshires that keeps drawing me back. The winding tree-lined roads that lead to the Inns, wonderful restaurants and shops, and classic homes, set amongst the backdrop of mountains, make it truly enchanting.
The location is superb! It is right off the highway and the resort area is wonderful to walk around. The apartment has everything you need for a family stay including cable, if you need it, and you can purchase logs for the fireplace from the reception. We were lucky to be accommodated in the building across the main one with the swimming pool; the weather was poor and we used this easy access as much as possible. Be sure to bring all the toiletries and food/ingredients for your stay.
Quick check-in process. Good sized room with a fridge and hot drink maker.
The included breakfast was very good from cereals, bread and muffins and the hot option was nice - scrambled egg and sausages. Fresh fruit. Waffle maker although we didn't use this.
Availability of a heated indoor pool was nice although we didn't use it on this trip.
Nice touch to add a list of recommended restaurants and distance to the hotel in the room.
The location at the base of berkshire mountains with a beautiful lake sitting area! Everything super clean and fresh cozy decor nice breakfast great hospitality
Everyone greets you with a smile very positive happy energy here unlike any other chain hotels really comfortable beds and nice view from the rooms . Great price for all you get love this place! 2nd stay here just as good as 1st time we will be back again
Vinnie was an amazing host and truly made the stay worth it. He was warm and accommodating, took care of an issue that arose promptly. He is probably the best host we have ever had. The location is one of the best for walking to all Lenox activities as well as the mountain views. Spectacular outdoors for breakfast or dinner as well as sitting near the fire at night.
Fantastic location in Lenox. The Dewey is a beautiful historic inn and a lovely place to stay. Rooms are very comfortable. We really appreciated being moved to room 12 as the fridge was very useful. Breakfast was simple but adequate, and we enjoyed it. Granola, yoghurt, fresh blueberries, blueberry muffins, bagels and English muffins.
Great staff. Wonderful location. Easy access to Lenox/Tanglewood, Stockbridge, Wahconah Falls, Mt. Greylock, etc. Our room had a nice balcony facing the pond and small mountains behind the hotel.
Room was very nice with a small couch. Good-sized bathroom with clean, simple shower and ample counter space. Good breakfast.
We were kindly upgraded to a bigger room due to availability. The staff (big thank you to Donna!) were terrific in accommodating my vegan and my wife's vegetarian preferences and the meals were great. Very clean room, modern bathroom and excellent location in the center of Lenox and easy drives to attractions in the area.
Whistlers is the classic old school bed and breakfast - a house filled with antiques and memories and lots of character. It is family run and they care about the guests. This is standard NOT box hotel but if you enjoy sitting in the reading room with a glass of sherry this is your place
The hotel was a five minute stroll into town. Breakfast was continental but plenty of options. The blueberry muffins were excellent! The room was spacious and clean and the team at the hotel where very welcoming & helpful.
we were very satisfied with location, bar, shower facilities, staff.
The room was large and clean, the back side of the hotel was very quiet and comfortable
The bar area was very beautiful and coffee was excellent
Location was perfect. Rooms were clean, Staff very helpful and friendly and made sure we had a perfect stay! Hotels in this area are as little older however for the price and cleanliness, it was perfect.
The location was perfect for Tanglewood and Shakespear and Company -- and the nearby Lenox restaurants. The breakfast was ample and Lisa made items to circumvent some food allergies.
Perfect place, very quiet. If you're attending to Tanglewood concerts no place better than this one, you can go walking and you can reach Lenox walking in less than 20 minutes.
A great place to stay when in Lenox or going to Tanglewood. The Terrace room accommodations are OK, but the main house is excellent. Breakfast is your typical US buffet.
Good location in the centre of the village. Easy walk to cafes and restaurants. We had a lovely meal at Fiorella’s Cucina. Parking at the rear of the hotel.
