This location met the expectations I have based on my stays at other Hampton Inns. While there was renovations being completed while we were there, they did not detract from the overall experience. The staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was pretty upbeat and positive probably due to the excitement most of us had related to the upcoming Eclipse.

no outdoor pool (as advertised) no free breakfast (as advertised) sent us to the WRONG hotel (missed part of our event, wasted gas); the staff was unmotivated (the indoor pool was so crowded we did not even stay); the only nice feature was the comfy bed

The kitchenette came with everthing imaginable even dish detergent...lol. great location and close to everything. Staff friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here.
If the regional manager Mary wasn't there deliberately scaring my daughter before the 12 checkout time pounding like the police with a search warrant then the location n breakfast would of been great! She makes us very uncomfortable with her attitude, lies, and bullying abusive nature. She doesn't belong in any hotel. She knows zero of hospitality and respect to the paying repeat working customers. Does not matter what it is this woman will escalate a issue out of thin air just to abuse her authority.. the videos will go a long way...
It's an extended stay which means basically an apartment in a hotel, very convenient if your on a longer business trip and want to live like at home with cooking and doing laundry. The staff is nice and helpful, on the ground floor there's also a small "marketplace" always stuffed with basic stuff in case you need it and don't want to go to a shopping centre.
A decent value, certainly not near top-of-the-line, but a decent place to spend the night. Expressway is right nearby, and easily heard. Room was clean, tho there’s nothing terribly special about it. Good value for one night
Location of property and the guy at the front desk was really accomodating and super friendly. Also, I needed a pet friendly hotel and this property charges a reasonable pet fee ($10 per nite).
