Please commend your night staff members for their attention to ensure that all guests were aware of the tornado and had a safe place to be during the storm in the early morning hours of May 26th. Staff opened up laundry room for guests' safety and many guests sought safety in the stairwells. Their professional actions were calming considering the havoc of the storm raging outside. Thank you for your effective training protocols.

Room was nice but the price is higher than I expected.
Room was nice but the price is higher than I expected. We asked for a room for 2, but the room had a lot of bells and whistles, that I did not expect and didn't ask for. Most of the time, we get a price of about $150.00 and this was over $200.00. We usually stick with Hampton, but we won't with high prices like this.

The room was clean and comfortable.
The room was clean and comfortable. I asked for a bath tub but it wasn’t available.
Due to a tornado hitting the hotel, electricity was lost and our vehicle was damaged. The room was leaking due to storm damage. There was no staff at the hotell the night or next morning. Electricity was out.
When my husband checked in the lady at the desk was unable to give us a receipt so we never got one.

Disliked · Waiting for over one hour at the desk to be.
Disliked · Waiting for over one hour at the desk to be. Heckled in. It was a Saturday with a fully book hotel and only one front desk person, and the computers went down. She had to wait for a manager to come in in order to put a code in while on the phone with IT people. I drove fro Kansas City to pick my husband up who was flying in from Africa. I lost over an hour for getting ready for the airport and taking a rest. I don’t expect anyone to understand the importance of this unless they have planned to see their husband after six weeks. I asked manager for a comp but she said $20 off was all she could do. I will never again stay at a Country Inn and Suites.

Rogers is a great city with an abundance of restaurants and activities. A great place to take your family, as there are activities everywhere for children. We ate downtown and our kids had a fantastic time playing at Rail Yard Park. This is our sixth time visiting from southeast Arkansas and we always have a memorable time exploring the area. NWA is our favorite place in the state!

The bed was awful.
The bed was awful. It was like someone of 350 pounds payed in the same spot for 20 years! There is a large visible indentation in the mattress. The restaurant is a joke. Only opened for breakfast on paper plates and plastic. There should be a nice restaurant here. The area would support it. And it should be open all day.
The best breakfast hot or cold fresh fruits coffee waffle maker with toppings yum!!
But helpful girls Ingrid and Bianca on reception patching me through to my mom every night at least once often more, and they juggled rooms to prevent my mom n grandma from changing rooms when i extended their stay. Would reccomended to anyone doing Conrad proud!
The staff were very friendly. The water pressure was amazing and our room was clean! There pool/gym is open later than most hotels which I like. My only complaint is that our room smelled weird. It was as if someone burnt something in the microwave and the smell took over the whole room.
It was alot more than I expected. The location was perfect the room was very clean. I really liked the fact that it was more like an apartment than just a hotel room. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast bar was good as well.
Every aspect of my stay here was exceptional. They always go above and beyond. Staff is so friendly. The hotel is always clean. It's also very quiet. You don't hear anyone above you walking around.
Check in was a breeze. The hotel front desk people were so friendly. Everything was nice & clean. The best part was the bed. The mattress was so comfy. This hotel will be my go to for Rogers, AR.
The staff was very professional, friendly and saw to our needs when requested. Our room was a nice size. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to restaurants and other venues.
It was a fair price for a no frills hotel but don’t feel Wyndham is doing itself any favors for having its name associated with this particular property.
