The entire team from the front desk to the employees walking the grounds were pleasant, polite and professional. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. Being a non-smoker, I really appreciated that smoking was not allowed in rooms. I didn't smell cigarette smoke at any time, even though, people were smoking outside near the facility.

Me personally I loved everything about the entire thing. I really had to pinch myself to be sure that I was not dreaming. My family said it was the best one ever and let me tell you that they are tough critic's. But overall I would rate this place a 110% would definitely have to stay again..!!

We have been going to Blue Ridge for years. Much has changed over this time. On thing is it has always been clean, safe, and friendly. They have a variety of dining options across the spectrum in cost. The views are awesome. Hiking trails abound.
Some suggestions:
--Mercier Orchard
--Grump Old Men Brewery
--Black Sheep (upscale eats)
--Blue Coyote (eats with a local flavor)
--Visit the Lake
--Visit the Irish pub
--Take a winery tour
Relax and put your feet up!

WE went to Falls Branch to hike and see the waterfall. Amazing!
We went to the Blue Coyote for karoke and we all had a great time.
We ate at Mystic Pizza, the Blue Coyote and Chester Brunnenmeyer. The food was great everywhere we ate.
Getting around Blue Ridge was very easy.
The next time we would avoid coming in March. It was very cold!

I loved the ability to walk all over the town without having to get into the car every time. Not completely family friendly for an active 5 year old if not for the train and some other options outside of town.

As far as North Georgia towns go, Blue Ridge has everything you need. Even though it was very busy on Saturday we didn't really have an issue getting a meal or getting waited on in retail establishments. Sooo much to do, you need to spend a few days there to really soak it all in.

Just some info to help out in choosing your accommodations.
Just some info to help out in choosing your accommodations. The main (upper floor) has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. We traveled with family that were unable to climb steps, etc so this worked out fine. The third bedroom isn't accessible from the main level you have to go out & walk down the steps to the play room, third bedroom (with bunkbeds) and bathroom. The attached playroom has a kitchen so this level is good if you are traveling with people but still want some separation from others (like teenagers or another family). The main/upper floor has the hot tub on the deck. The owners were prompt in responding to any question and even reached out to make sure that we were able to get in with no problems (we were).

Blue Ridge is a fun place to visit with lots of interesting shopping and dining options along the main street. The surrounding environs are absolutely beautiful and full of outdoor attractions. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Especially recommend Southern Charm which offers wonderful southern comfort food in a very pleasant atmosphere. Cantaberry Cafe is great for creative soups and salads and Yellophant seems to be THE place for breakfast. Plus the Sweet Shoppe bakery has delicious desserts of all kinds. Also recommend the Silk Road Traveler shop for an eclectic collection of books and gifts.
Loved it! My husband and I stayed here for a short honeymoon. The drive up to the property was a little scary, very curvy roads with blind spots, so I'd recommend taking it slow. The apartment itself was perfect! It was close to all the local attractions, clean, it felt safe. If we ever take another trip to Blue Ridge we'd definitely stay here again!
I love everything about the Stunning Blue Ridge Retreat! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for my family!!! The drive was a little scary but an adventure for us! A truck or jeep is definitely recommended. However, you could make it work without a 4wd but 4wd will make transitioning through the terrain a little easier!!!!
Easy to find , secure gated commuity close to Blue Ridge shopping and food . Bonus : Rusters crowing and Blue Ridge train whistle, loved it. It was a last minute adventure and vary glad we found this cabin ! A cold spell came in and the gas fireplace came in handy, not to mention the big tv's to watch the NHL playoffs , Go Lighting !!
It was close to Blue Ridge but it felt like you were away in the mountains. We loved all the trees and wildlife viewed from the screened porch. The layout of the house was great and the furnishings were comfortable and fitting for a lake house. Inside the property was exceptionally clean which we really appreciated.
More than we expect smells so good every thing was extremely clean and we enjoyed a lot we will back again soon my son is from blue ridge I love to come for now blue sky inn will be our place to relax thank you for you’re kind and friendly
Very quiet and relaxing- wonderful fireplace and comfortable beds. A perfect weekend away with friends. Just a few minutes away from downtown Blue Ridge.
Wonderful views and nice porch. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
Great location, close to downtown as we were there to attend the Parade of Homes. A little pricey we thought for this chain of hotels as we don't consider it a 'high end' hotel, but it was really nice.
The owner is incredibly accommodating and nice. The property is beautiful with vistas of the river. Very comfortable lodge feeling. You feel like you were all alone in the mountains
Absolutely nothing. Did not have a good feeling of staying there. Every other hotel in the area at full capacity but this place had no one staying there.
We loved the hotel - all around a great experience! The staff, the room, the rooftop restaurant - all fabulous. Thank you for making our stay a great one!
