The location was good. It was stated breakfast was included...really wasn't anything for breakfast. No coffee. The floors in the room were not swept had to ask a maid for a broom. In the bathroom and beside the refrigerator was cock roaches. Seen better rooms on 3 floor that were not being used. The beds had only a sheet on it, no comforter at all. The pool were extremely dirty and green colored. The overall experience of the hotel was the worst I have ever stayed at!

Great location, staff was great, very comfortable.
Pigeon Forge is a family entertainment hotbed in the Great Smoky Mountains. Though ‘great’ is quite an understatement, as the sight of blue mist hovering above forested peaks is simply breathtaking.
The most famous attraction is undoubtedly Dollywood, where a steam train puffs around a host of rides and shows in a theme park named after country legend Dolly Parton. Within the grounds is the Southern Gospel Museum and Hall of Fame, and next door are pools and waterslides at Dolly’s Splash Country.
Cowboy boots should be at the ready for the singer’s Dixie Stampede dinner theatre and the Country Tonite Theater, and toe-tapping is also virtually guaranteed at the Grand Majestic Theater and Smoky Mountain Opry.
The Old Mill is a wooden watermill on the Little Pigeon River, once part of a forge complex which sparked the town’s name. Also by the river are some Pigeon Forge outlet malls and the NASCAR SpeedPark which hosts car and truck events. The Elvis Museum houses memorabilia of ‘The King’ while the Titanic Museum is a floating, half-size replica of the doomed ship.
This is just the tip of the iceberg and with Booking.com’s great deals on pet-friendly hotels and cheap motels on Pigeon Forge Parkway, you might just be tempted to do what the town’s sign requests: Y’all come back.

I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff when we settled in the Rome, the main TV in the living room wasn’t getting reception. We called the front desk and someone was there within minutes. He had to reset the Wi-Fi code. I really enjoyed my room master bedroom, with access to the patio, which my husband and I enjoyed sitting out late at night, enjoying the Fireworks in the distance. I loved having a beautiful kitchen to cook in. I enjoyed my shower, the shower head’s vigorous water pressure relaxed my muscles. The property and the facility overall was just beautiful, serene, clean, and enjoyable.

Traffic is always challenging but allow enough time if you have scheduled show times. Scope out your locations before the actual event so you will know how much time it takes to get there. Take advantage of The Island with free parking and relaxation around the fountains in rocking chairs. There is a music synchronized program every 30 minutes. Catch at least one show if possible depending on your musical or drama tastes. We loved the new attraction at The Island Sky Fly. Our favorite meal was Harpoon Harry's for seafood. It is also fun to eat at the Old Mill for home style cooking, but be prepared to wait. We are not big shoppers but caught a couple of stores at Tanger outlets. Allow at least one day to explore the beauty of the mountains. The streams were our favorite and there are areas where you can park and walk down to the stream and stick your toe in the cold water. Not a bad option on a very hot day! Not far off the beaten path is the Old Pottery Barn, the largest collection of "stuff" under one roof. We are an older retired couple and not allured to all the kids arcades and rides but there is plenty of things to choose from at a leisurely pace. We spent one week and did not feel rushed to do it all since we have been a return visitor for many years.

It was great but only thing it's way to expensive everything is at least 40 bucks a person and like 20 per child and food out to eat was crazy Everytime we ate out somewhere and we had 5 people it was like $100 plus tip so it can get very expensive.but we had great time.

It was an overnight trip.
It was an overnight trip. We didn't get to do all of the things we wanted to because of the lack of time. This area is a short distance from our home so we will be returning. We love this place! I have been visiting here for years! Since I was a child. Everyone blessed enough to visit should! A wonderful experience.
This hotel exceeded my expectations, lovely warm welcome at reception where you can help yourself to donuts, coffee, fruit & lemonade. The room was perfect, bed was super comfy. The facilities were great, lovely pool area with pool toys and hot tub. Fire pit with music in the evening and smores. Plenty of parking and walking distance to The Island. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Added bonus of breakfast vouchers for Reagan's pancake house.
Stayed at this hotel several times, usually a very nice room. Will definitely remember to request room with double beds. didn't like the room with the king size bed
