We’ve stayed here multiple times and always satisfied. We love the location, staying riverside with view of mountains and river, fire pit, wildlife, eating breakfast in the enclosed porch, the selection for breakfast, popcorn/hot chocolate, the jacuzzi and everything about the room. It’s always clean and the staff are always friendly.

Great place to stay, very beautiful. A bit pricey. Some Furniture looks a little rough, banged up. Was put off with the tip jars. For the price of staying there, you shouldn't have to tip the staff. Otherwise a great experience.

The staff was amazing, so nice amd helpful. The shuttle service was so convenient and the location was perfect. The pools and hot tub were great as well. Nice clean room and everything we could need. Definitely would stay again.

Everything was really great. beautiful location, friendly staff, beautiful view and in the heart of Gatlinburg. Markets, restaurants and cafes are all around you Even a bear will visit you and you won't look for him.
