The location is ok, surrounded by other hotels and set back enough from the road that the usually light traffic is not an issue. Many places to eat within walking distance and a supermarket next door. I recommend the Applebees as the staff are fabulous. Breakfast is adequate. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are worth having a go in. The pool is limited to 5 feet. The room is spacious, with fridge and microwave. Glory be for us Brits, a good size tub to soak in. So good, I'm returning to it a few days later after a mare elsewhere in Tennessee.

clean, quiet, comfortable bed, easy to find right off interstate 40 East. Driving across country from Northern California to Tennessee with 5 nights in hotels including Hampton inn, Marriott, and other Best Westerns. I am very picky and this was buy far the best yet. excellent value for cost in all the areas that matter. Being a light sleeper it was really nice not having the microwave lights, light the whole room at night. A+. also seemed like a growing area with several fast food restaurants nearby.

This was I and my wife's second trip to Tennessee. Every hotel that was pet friendly was booked on the Parkway therefore, we resorted to the next town over which was Townsend about 35 min from Pigeon Forge. Tash, Claudette and Andre were excellent hosts during our stay! The breakfast bar was very good and the coffee was soooo good! We also liked the fact that it was quiet here and the beds were comfortable; we rested well! The rooms were clean and we will definitely visit here again!

Ok so really nice hotel. Got a discount on booking.com for 209$ for 3 nights. The beds were nice and comfortable and I was easily able to sleep. Nice sized room for a 1 queen bed and love how it come with a small coffee maker and hair drier and a dispenser of shampoo so I don't have to ask for tiny bottles of shampoo and body wash. Probably the best hotel I've stayed at in franklin tn. I travel here to visit my friend from across middle tennessee and I would come back.

The king suite is simply amazing. And what a value. Its a small apartment. Most extended stays have a small fridge and burner stove. This had a full kitchen AND a hot tub in the bathroom. Full sectional. And the staff was amazing . My room was spotless. Thank you for making the time I spent here to meet my newborn granddaughter the best possible. You'll always be my go to in cookeville Tennessee

The location was close to the highway (1 min) so it was easy to get to & to hop on when we decided to visit Chattanooga. Was 40 min to Gatlinburg and 28 min to Pigeon Forge. The air conditioning in the room kept it cool & comfortable in the very hot & humid Tennessee sun. The parking was plentiful. Okay accommodations for price paid & amount of time spent there.

The stay was great. The staff was very nice. The room was very clean. That's the most important thing to me. The heated indoor pool was nice, good for a rainy day. The location is in the center of the city. Just a short walk to the Tennessee Aquarium. The Brazilian restaurant in the hotel was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes to stay in the city.

Check-in was efficient and I was able to easily find my room. The bed was comfortable enough to get a decent night's sleep. I was just looking for an affordable place to sleep for one night while driving across Tennessee alone, and this fit the bill and was adequate for that purpose. The ice machine worked, which was important to me since I travel with a cooler.

I really love the flexibility of people who worked over this hotel in general, I was supposed to check in at 3pm, but landed in Tennessee around 2am to be at the at 3am and they accepted to check me in at no cost since the room was available at that time. room was clean and it is a quick area! I will definitely book this place again!

Overall, my stay at the Hilton was okay. The common areas, the parking lot and the room was clean. The stars of the hotel in my eyes were the BREAKFAST FOLKS. They were 5-star ***** in my opinion. They greeted me, were pleasant to deal with, and the food was delicious. They are what Tennessee hospitality is all about.

Apartment was close to downtown and grocery stores. Good location for exploring Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with the right equipment for making breakfast and other meals as needed. Clean, safe, and comfortable even with a tornado warning!

Friendly staff, conveniently located right off I24, restaurants within walking distance. Hotel is quite, clean, and safe. The rooms are comfortable and pleasantly decorated. We always stay here when we visit family or pass through Tennessee.

Limited breakfast due to Covid but still good, Hotel is clean and comfortable, This was our 2nd stay at this location since June, Great location, Staff is friendly and helpful, this is our Go To Hotel when traveling thru Eastern Tennessee

Clean room and hotel in general. The value paid for the room was very good and I will be staying here again when I come back through Tennessee.. They have a nice pool and the breakfast was much better than I expected.

The hotel was within walking distance of the Tennessee Aquarium, Discovery Museum, and several restaurants. It was nice to be so close to several attractions without having to drive.

We love Brentwood area of Tennessee, and stay here even though we travel into the city for business. The hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants and beautiful area.

Everything!—meaning wonderful food, catering staff, relaxing & calm environment, etc. Oh and its defff one of the best quality hotels around the tri-cities area in Tennessee.

The staff were exceptional!! Very welcoming and accomodating! Our room was clean and very comfortable! Location was great for seeing Cookeville and visiting Tennessee Tech.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was the best of all hotels we stayed at throughout Tennessee for 11 days. Room was clean and a decent size.
