AustraliaWe loved everything about this property. I would not recommend staying anywhere else in Nashville. It is far enough back from downtown to avoid all the noise and feel safe but only a few blocks to walk to get to the action. It’s great for families. The staff alone are the gold to this hotel. They are wonderfully trained and even more so looked after by Management, which we could see on a daily basis while we were there they had a thank you lunch for the staff in the lobby area and it was so lovely to witness that. The bar area and the outdoor area are so welcoming and such a great place to hang out. The games in the lobby were great for my husband and daughter to play. The rooms are fantastic and spacious and modern everything about this hotel is amazing and I cannot forget to mention the amazing smell. I’m not sure what that was but every time we enter the lobby it just smelled like home fresh linen. The only thing missing from this hotel was a pool that we can do without that.

Beautiful decor and feel to the hotel.
Everything we needed in the rooms - very clean and fresh.
Daily fresh fruit provided to all guests.

It's crazy in the best way possible.
It's crazy in the best way possible. So much live music at all times of the day, very open and friendly people, and if you ever want to yell the lyrics of "Save a horse, ride a cowboy" to a stranger's face, you're in the right place.
Folks who don't like crowds and weaving through people on the sidewalks might find it overwhelming, but there will always be a bar with slightly less people in it, while still having good music and atmosphere.
Many stores around Broadway have I'd say tourist prices for souvenirs, but it gets a bit better when you move away from the most tourist areas.
Parking is available but expensive. You should account it in your night out budget if you can't get there on foot.
All in all, a great place to have a good time, just keep in mind you're not the only one who is having a good time ;)

We came to town for a concert at the Ryman and loved it.
We came to town for a concert at the Ryman and loved it. Broadway with all the live music was great. The most exciting place was the Counry Music Hall of Fame & Museum and Studio B tour. This is a must do. They say it takes an hour and a half. If you are a museum reader, allow more time than that.

Nashville is a beautiful town, i was there for the comic con. I wish I had more time to look at everything, I did get to visit Dolly while I was there, the place was beautiful and they also has a replica of christs tomb in the basement. Also seen George jones, Tammy Wynette as well as others there as well. I will be back to visit Dolly’s hotel and museum.

There is much to see and do in Music City, any time of the year. If you do not like crowds, it's not for you. At night, Broadway is wall to wall bodies on the sidewalks. Everyone is pretty friendly and patient. Dolly Parton's Songteller Hotel and Museum just opened and it was wonderful.

The property is small and a bit dated, but comfortable overall. While the breakfast was very simple yet adequate, the coffee was quite poor in quality and completely lacked flavor. Additionally, I highly recommend that management takes the time to deep clean the carpets, as they were noticeably dirty throughout all areas of the facility.

This is a modern luxury hotel in downtown Nashville, though in a less busy area some distance from the nightlife district. I stayed here for one night and found my room to be very comfortable and well designed. Definitely do not miss out on the pool as It has a fantastic view, is spacious enough to handle many guests and has a bar conveniently located right next to it.

Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Shuttle bus service to downtown Nashville works great too just book a pick up with reception. Great location you can walk to Nashville Palace (great bands on and line dancing in an other room) few great restaurants around the area too.

It's hard to find a better location to stay in Nashville. The hotel is right across from the Four Seasons, which is one of the best hotels in the city. The room is spacious, with a kitchen and all the amenities for an excellent stay.

The situation of the hotel was perfect. Outside of the main hub of Nashville to make it cheap enough and only an Uber or Lyft ride away. We did walk to Broadway in about 40 mins. The apartment was clean and comfy.
