The front desk gentleman on night shift was very nice. It was very late, we were greeted with a smile, taken care of quickly and efficiently. The shuttle driver!!! He was exemplary in every way. He left his pickup order at Sam’s Club because he said, “the order was not ready, and I didn’t want you to wait to get back to the airport and be late. That’s too stressful!” Oh! I nearly cried with thankfulness! I wish I could remember these two gentleman’s names, they absolutely exemplified hospitality and kindness. I appreciated them more than I could ever say.

With the aid of our phone navigation we got around fairly easy, there are some crazy drivers you have to watch out for, there were plenty of earteries in the area, we love shopping goodwill, the bin stores, pawn shops which were plenty, we also found an Outlet mall which was awesome!!! We ate at On the border, IHOP, Texas Roadhouse, Tuckers Onion Burgers and Schlotskeys... went to Dicks Warehouse and Bass Pro!

TRASH TRASH TARSH in my opinion if you enjoy the hood with homeless crack heads and god awful motels like super 8 that have broken chipped furniture, rusty screws holding the handles in the tub and worst of all peeping Tom cut outs in the wall behind the vanity mirror then this is the atrocious place for you!

The Sheraton Hotel is located in the perfect spot in Downtown OKC. We had an awesome time exploring Asian cuisines and stopped by a boba tea shop. Parking was $10 for 24 hour and it worked great. We went from the parking ramp directly to the elevator and to our floor. It was quick and simple.

Oklahoma City has grown up since the '90s.
Oklahoma City has grown up since the '90s. The canal boats, Bricktown restaurants, novelty shops, sports, and more offer a variety of family entertainment without long trips from wherever you're staying.
There are also a variety of bars, including breweries, theaters, and local concerts to give couples a nice night out in a safer-than-average environment.
Dallas is three hours away. Turner Falls is around an hour away for an Arbuckle Mountain visit. The WinStar World Casino and Resort is one of the largest ones in the United States. It is roughly a two-hour trip and well worth it.

OKC is a place that is working hard to be a more...
OKC is a place that is working hard to be a more cosmopolitan city. I lived there for 3 years leaving in 2007 . I really appreciate the work this city has done, remarkable and worth of paying a visit. Small, but clean, beautiful and tidy. With a lot of culture worth to experience
The Omni Hotel in OKC is wonderful!
The hotel and convention halls are beautiful and the staff is exceptional!
Our breakfast was delicious and our server, Amelia, and a male chef went above and beyond to help us acquire seats for a concert later that evening!
Amelia was also among the gracious staff who served our reunion celebration the next evening in one of the lovely Omni convention halls.
Our thanks to the reception staff, the room and wait service, and the valet service for making our stay so wonderful!
I really love this place. Well underpriced hence why I keep coming back every time I need a room in OK!
Staff lovely, breakfast one of the best around in hotels at the moment. Rooms great. They can occasionally be a little shabby and need patching up ie paintwork, some switches on the walls missing etc, but generally it doesn't really matter or affect the use or comfort of the room. Check out of 12pm is also great and really handy too.
Room was not clean properly, blanket had pee stains on them and had to wait 1gr fir them to was them. No extra blanket clean . Hotel and room smell like sewage . Bathroom was dirty carpet needs to be clean really bad. Blankets had cigarette burns. Room just snell horrible and all you smell in Marijuana in the hotel on top of the sewage smell. Employees were very rude each night quest services customers services was horrible .
The location is very convenient. The hotel is spectacular. The lobby is really beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty (omelettes were delicious). The room and bath are big, comfortable, nice. I liked the place very much. The man at the breakfast was delightful. Other employees like the man at the front desk were helpful. I also liked the city a lot.
Very good place for the price (one of the cheapest I saw when searching):
- Nice front desk people and fast check-in and out
- Room was large, clean and comfortable, with TV, fridge, microwave and coffee maker
- Heater/AC worked correctly
- Plenty of parking
- Very good price/quality
- Close to downtown
All around, a very good stay
The room was as good as a five star hotel, better than the photos. Room was large and well furnished, very comfortable bed, kitchen workable, full sized fridge, large bathroom, good lighting. Staff were sweet. The shuttle into Bricktown worked by request so no need to comply with any timetables. Breakfast was above average.
I liked the security of having to use key cards for your elevator floor….other than that the beds were comfortable. Room was way smaller than depicted in pics and was made very cheaply. out of 5 nights, only refreshed the room once. bad location/neighborhood and didn’t like the “crowd” at the hotel. won’t be staying there again.
nothing because we did not stay at the hotel due to the facilities looked too seedy and unsafe t stay in with refrigerators from the room on the lawn in front of each unit...the beds looked like a recent murder had been committed on top of it...and the rest of the room looked very unhealthy just to walk on the carpet!!!
Fresh and modern.
The room was a suite with a nice, huge space.
The hotel is a little off the downtown area but offers a shuttle to many areas to crab dinner, etc! Very thoughtful.
The hotel, grounds, room and staff were really awesome.
Even the breakfast was a step up! (I generally despise hotel breakfast)
I was a little concerned about the location when I was booking the room, but hotels closer to Bricktown were at least double what this one was. Location was not an issue at all. Very close to everything. The hotel was nothing fancy, but it was very clean and the staff was very nice. The beds were comfy enough.
Not much to like, arrived and learn that the hotel was sold 4 days ago. It was not a Hyatt. First room that was given to us was a mess, carpet was stain with wine, smell like mold. Second room was as bad and the last one was ok to stay.
Breakfast was poor , no hot water for tea, and very little to eat.
The room was clean & I enjoyed a great night’s rest while traveling across country. I relocated. That was the best hotel I experienced during my long drive. Bed was comfortable and I have spinal injuries from a car accident. So that’s very important to me. Room was everything I needed.
The hotel was extremely clean, upbeat night clerk. And an exceptional value. I will definitely stay at this location again, if ever in Oklahoma City, for an overnight visit.
I loved this hotel! The room was so cute and comfy, and all the little details were wonderful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to OKC.
