They did not have a reservation for us, but charged my credit card for $44.01. The manager was talking to some people who were renting a room on a full time basis. I tried to give him the confirmation number and he informed me again that he did not have a reservation for us and to leave. If I had read the reviews on this nasty place, I certainly would not have given it a second look. I believe I deserve a refund since he would not even talk to me or try to look up the confirmation number. Please reply.

The people are extremely friendly, West Jackson was a little rough looking and the roads are in need of repair. Not somewhere I'd stay if visiting again. I think City of Jackson’s lack of leadership has affected much of the downtown business unfortunately. Elevator had a foul odor. We dreaded getting on and off and even sprayed air neutralizer with no avail. Staff professional and accommodating though. Complimentary breakfast was nice. The courtyard has a great atmosphere that boasts a coy pond and lush landscape. We spent majority of our time there. Add some low key Jazz outside and you will have something.

We ended us staying at the comfort inn next door. I am a Hilton loyalty member and will never stay at another Hilton property unless a refund is issued.
