We went to Jackson for a football game.
We went to Jackson for a football game. What we saw of Jackson was very nice. The game was good. Our band was better. Jackson States'team played better. Navigation was easy with some helpful tips from our hotel staff. Everything you could ask for was centrally located. Dinner at Red Lobster and Olive Garden was great. Nothing to avoid.. We will be back maybe nextime just to check out the city itself, relax and enjoy.

I would have been OK if not for the stinky - dirty room at the hotel. The rooms are not worth the money paid. The rooms were like a cheap hourly rate hotel. Bugs, dirty beds, people loitering. I will never stay at this hotel again!!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was filthy and found candy under my blanket which clearly meant the bed had not been changed. Totally disgusting. Found pubic hair on several of the towels, I would not let my dog stay there. There was so much wrong with this hotel.

Hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast was great! Location was dead on. The only problem I have is that I got a room for two nights, but because I I work nights, I can’t check in til 3p. I have to be at work at 6:30p. It doesn’t leave me time to sleep during the day. I don’t even sleep in the room at all that night. It’s money wasted that 1 st night. There are several healthcare workers that have the same issue. If we could just be accommodated by allowing us to check in early, that would help us tremendously.

The people have a bad attitude, I feel that since they have never left the south they feel entitled. I was there for my daughter's homecoming game. I had one person at the stadium ell me "I am the boss"and what I say goes as if that meant something.. he was very rude. His attitude was like I am proud and I run this. That's fine but he was a doorman and not to belittle it but really sir? The only thing that puts Jackson on the map is the University so I really think the moral and attitudes needs to be raised.

Everything form Valet, check in even though a wait it was done professionally and with great care for all waiting. The bartender (Pleasant young lady) Saturday Night was fun and willing to share information and the history about the hotel and Jackson. We enjoyed 3 diners as well - the Catfish was great I would recommend a stay as well I plan to return soon!

Nice quiet and clean hotel. Easy to reach just off the I55. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was adequate. Never used the pool, but it looked good. Hotel is situated near a variety of fast-food restaurants and close to downtown Jackson (Capitol Building etc).
