It was a fantastic 5 star property. The staff were always super friendly. The concierge Giancarlo was absolutely fabulous and super helpful at all times. The bar was fantastic and the bar staff were great.

    Lisbon is a really wonderful city with a great vibe. We stayed in the main CBD area and with a good pick of a back room were good with the noise level (after a problem with our original booking). Yes it is getting busy but still OK to get around easily and access different parts of the main city areas. People and staff were always helpful. Great night in Alfama with a Fado performance and enjoying the upbeat street scene there

    The weathered was hot during our stay, but we went to the beach at Caxias, visited art galleries, including the Gulbenkian museum of modern art (CAM) which is fabulous! We enjoyed the shops, restaurants and cafés. We had 5 days there, but I would return to Lisbon during cooler weather to explore more as we didn't see everything and it was too hot to walk around a lot. Kossie's cafe near our apartment was our favourite breakfast destination! Lots of lovely places to eat, and to treat yourself to pastel de natas and ice-cream. Lisbon is a foodie city, lots of fresh seafood. Loved the clothes shops and ceramic shops. A picturesque, historical city.

    I will go back in a heartbeat!

    I will go back in a heartbeat! Lisbon is beautiful and there are still so many places we could have visited if we stayed longer. Food was exceptional. Prices were reasonable. Locals could be a tad more friendly, they were tired of tourists, I guess.

    We loved our stay in Lisbon, it is now one of our favourites...

    We loved our stay in Lisbon, it is now one of our favourites, and we would love to go again. We did a Tuk Tuk tour of the street art, fantastic, the food was great, we also enjoyed the Fado music. The people were above and beyond helpful and friendly and never too busy to help.

    Love walking around Lisbon - there are so many cool areas to explore. I particularly love the steep narrow winding streets with beautiful colours and pretty balconies drenched in sunshine in the old districts. Lisbon is full of life and has everything - architecture, beautiful churches, waterfront area to chill at if it gets too hot in summer, delicious food, shopping. It's super easy to take the metro too. Would even visit again just for the fresh pastel de nata!

    It is nice to see so many of the buildings being renovated, fantastic to keep the old architectural details being preserved. It would be nice to do away with all the street vendors, it makes it less comfortable to enjoy the amazing esplanadas throughout the city.

    Wonderful boutique hotel in the center of Lisbon. The ladies at reception were very nice, at the breakfast as well. The room is nicely decorated, bathroom and bed clean and comfortable. The breakfast is served in their little roof top which is nice (inside and outside seating). Sufficient choice for breakfast and everything freshly prepared. The lift is a plus when traveling with large suitcase. Another plus is the little shop right next door with the best pasteis de nata and delicious sandwiches.

Tram terminus and Square also had a great vibe and only 100m from Hotel. Of our 2 weeks in Spain and Portugal we rated our stay in Lisbon (Boutique Chiado Apartments) the best!

    The hotel is a gem in the heart of Lisbon but on a quiet cozy street. The staff was so helpful and truly welcomed us the moment we walked in and was gracious when we left helping to hold our bigs and assist with train routes and travel plans. Definitely worthy of 5 stars!!
