This apartment features free private parking, full-day security and free WiFi. The apartment has a business centre, as well as a fax machine and photocopier that guests can use. Overall, it was a great stay and there isn't really much to complain about. Although a literal warehouse, it is protected by a gate and guard. The interior is very modern (smart mirror, good AC system, etc) and clean. The rooms are spacious. I would recommend this location specifically for those that are looking to stay near the airport or have a vehicle. I go into this in more detail below. .

Guests can have a drink at the bar. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Receiving a map and lots of information at check-in. Very comfortable room with a view of the stunning garden and pool. Quiet. Wonderful a La carte breakfast. The hotel open air restaurant reported to be the best food in Bacalar. We ate there twice.

First the hotel was absolutely gorgeous, the food was amazing, the staff incredible, super friendly and helpful. The pool was huge and super comfortable. 5 stars. 100% would recommend. The resort has a restaurant, and Kool Beach Club is 7 km away. the hotel is amazing! the style is so precious and the views are breathtaking. we took a suite at the adults only building, we had an access to the rooftop and to restaurant Fuego. it was amazing! the hotel is so clean, and the pools as well. we had a personal butlers called Magaly and and Kiyoshi who had helped us so much and made our stay easier, she was available 24/7 answering all our questions and making reservations for us. the parks were truely gorgeous and we had once in a life experiment, especially Xsenses.

Property was beautiful, centrally located in Holbox. Room was outstanding as was the view. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The El Meco Mayan Ruins is 7 miles from the hotel. Breakfast was very good, fresh food, big variety for any taste. The area of the hotel is very clean and beautiful. The beach is exceptional with white sand and beautiful turquoise water.

The apartments at Riviera Maya feature fully equipped kitchens with dinnerware and cooking utensils. There is also a laundry room that offers a washer and dryer. After a busy day, guests can relax on their private balcony in the hammock. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! It had such a fabulous tropical feel, and the bungalow room was super private. We loved the thatched roof and the hammocks. It was sooo relaxing to lay out there and listen to the birds sing amidst the palm trees - felt like a private tropical island. And we loved the beautiful garden pool. Somehow, this hotel manages to be steps away from both the beach and the vibe-y Fifth Avenue and still be quiet and tranquil. A tropical paradise! You can walk to everything.
