The rooms are clean, spacious, and stocked with everything you need. Jasmine is a gracious host, very friendly and makes herself available for questions or recommendations.

The manager is super friendly and attentive, very responsive, speaks amazing English and truly takes great care of the property. The Wi-fi is amazing. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker, blender, full size fridge, etc. We had lots of hot water and a comfortable bed. Fresh drinking water was provided any time we needed it and the daily cleaning was such a treat. The entire place was so friendly and we loved the common sitting area for lounging. The pool was a nice treat. The location is great - outside of the main area but an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, etc. We had a fabulously productive and welcoming stay in Cozumel and would absolutely return here.

One of Mexico’s premier beach resorts for nearly any activity so…if you are looking for a quiet out of the way seaside village….this ain't it. BUT if you like great restaurants and shopping in a very pedestrian oriented town you will enjoy Cozumel NOTE: I have NEVER been in a cleaner, well kept town with no gangs, graffiti or litter…none. VERY safe. Nearly everyone speaks English to some degree.

People in the grocery stores and restaurants are not very friendly. Three restaurants overcharged us. I highly recommend places like the Lobster House because you will have a wonderful meal for $40, unlike the places in town. We were charged over $40 for some chicken nachos and a salad for lunch. Snorkeling is awesome! Town is very touristy.

Cozumel is much more relaxing than Cancun or Playa Del...
Cozumel is much more relaxing than Cancun or Playa Del Carmen. Fewer people and a much more local feel. Plus lots of great places for snorkeling and diving without crowds. I always feel safe and like a welcomed guest. Cancun and Playa make me feel like a tourist at best, a target at worst. You still have to be prepared for all of the timeshare folks trying to get you to go to Playa for a high-pressure sell - just give a firm "No gracias" and don't waste your time.

The service was phenomenal! Friendly attentive and genuinely nice. My vacation there is one Ill never forget . I cant wait to book another stay at this spectacular Resort. The view of the ocean from our balcony was breathtaking. They really go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and having a great time.

EL Cozumeleno - Bad food, nothing in your room, no fridge, coffee pot, face towels, no desk or work space. The most excluded all inclusive you'll ever stay at. The staff is nice but nothing else, and when the food is so bad that you have to go out to eat. Nothing to do, no shows or activities and they want you to dress up and make reservations for the ONE restaurant they have and only can take 4 tables at the time!! In general the island is a major tourist trap, expensive, hard to get around, smells of sewer and the access to the beach sucks unless you are at a beach club and still not that great, or stay at the all inclusive hotels.

Bring you own mask and snorkel and you can have a spectacular time. The food was great and affordable. Stay in a room with a kitchen so that every day you have the choice of a quick breakfast or snack. You will save lots of money this way. Our hotel had a small store attached and we found everything wee needed.
