Mary Jo's home is warm ,welcoming and inviting. She is a great hostess, and right from the start I was made to feel like a guest AND a member of her community. The room is big and spacious and the internet was good. The bathroom was a good size, and the room was cleaned every day. There were amenities like water, soap, shampoo, conditioner in the room. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The fruit, yogurt, muffins, breads, coffee and granola were nutritious and attractively prepared. Mary Jo made sure the coffee was ready to go for my early morning wake ups. The room is in her home, so its like you are a family member-yet she is not intrusive. The property is lovely with access to a garden and a pool. The property is set on a bigger subdivision of gated homes, resorts, apartments and man made pools and gardens. There are restaurants and shops catering to tourists and locals who are staying/living in this gated complex. The beaches are lovely but most are part of resorts.

    What a cool spot!

    What a cool spot! We are definitely not the all inclusive resort kind of travelling family. So when we stumbled upon Puerto Adventuras, we were hapily impressed. There was so much to do within walking distance. There is a park, kids camps, beautiful beaches, swimming pools, amazing choice restaurants, and an overall really cool vibe. I liked it because although it felt like - yes this is definitely an international tourist destination - it also felt grounded and down to earth. In addition to the travellers who pass through, many people live and work in Puerto Adventuras giving it a really lovely family neighbourhood feel.

    Find out what local bands are on in the bars they are great . Rent a car it’s just as cheap as a golf cart and you can travel out of the complex and visit the supermarket other beaches and done lovely local attractions.

    The resort was nice and all of it's facilities. The spa was really really nice. My favorite restaurants were the Japanese and Bloved. The food in the daily restaurants were average. The alcohol selection was way below par, I was not pleased at all. Worst selection I've ever seen. Everything was the "house brand", Major common brands like Don Julio and Tito's were not available if you didn't have the "black wristbands for the Timeshares".. MAJOR NEGATIVE. The main reasons for choosing an ALL_INCLUSIVE is the food and alcohol.

    I enjoyed the whole experience.

    I enjoyed the whole experience. I ate at different local restaurants in Puerto Aventuras and Tulum but mostly at the hotel. I spent a lot of time at the pool where they had water aerobics, bingo and other fun activities for all ages.

    We liked very much our room and the different places where you can sit down and relax. The variety of food and drinks was very good. As it is an hotel with all inclusive, yo don't have to worry about nothing and enjoy the hotel facilities.

    PA is a gated community requiring showing ID every time you enter. It is boating/yatching community predominantly consisting of condominiums. Numerous restaurants and gift shops around the central dolphin lagoon area as well as two money exchanges. Central golf club and some tennis courts. Limited public beach access.

    The staff were very nice and it was very convenient to have the restaurant right in the hotel. The food is very good. We had breakfast both days we stayed. We had a nice room with two double beds facing the lagoon/canal. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the main marina but it's a very easy and pleasant walk. The sheets were very good quality and soft which we appreciated. The bed and pillows were comfortable so overall we were happy to stay here.

    Small Hotel at Great location at beachfront in a guarded community with many restaurants close by at the dolphins nursery. We were there in early September and hotel was quite empty. Service was very good. Could get a late checkout at 4pm for 400 pesos.
