The rooms have a seating area with a Smart... Excellent value for an overnight stay while on business trip. This place is a beautifully restored old farmhouse. The host gave me a warm welcome, and was attentive to whatever I need. I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room when I arrived. Bed and room temperature were comfortable. Breakfast personally prepared by the host, food choices and quality was very good. Hotel is located near the expressway, so very easy to get to but noise was not a problem at all. I will definitely come back when I'm in the area.

Château Wittem is situated in the Geul Valley, a 20-minute drive from Maastricht, Aachen and Valkenburg. The property is surrounded by a large parkland with age-old trees and castle moats. A classic place with so much history. There was a great attention to detail and trying to make guests feel comfortable, whatever our wishes. And, let us not forget the 2 star Restaurant Julemont!!

Set in a Gothic monastery, Kruisherenhotel Maastricht - Oostwegel Collection, member of Design Hotels has free WiFi. It has a mezzanine level restaurant in the central church hall. We were greeted as if we were friends coming for a visit. The staff were all very friendly/professional and we were treated very well. The building is absolutely gorgeous from one end to the other. Beautiful architecture, mixed with modern art ..every inch was new and different and stunning. The room was wonderful, from the very comfortable bed right down to the warm cozy smelling hand soap. The restaurant food was off the charts delicious and unique, and sitting up above the "Alter" with the windows was the most unique and special dining experience. Absolutely love it, it made our 20th anniversary extra special and we couldnt have been happier with our stay there.
