Excellent location with an amazing view of the city in a very reasonable price range. Thanks to Mr. Sam for making our stay memorable and guiding us during the stay. He arranged Balloon ride for half the price we were getting in Istanbul with an amazing crew & exceptional experience. Would definitely be staying again if ever visited. There was homemade breakfast with variety of food and was super fresh.

I think we were unlucky as we had a very loud family stay whilst we were there but sound travels from the outside area into the room so we struggled to sleep when people were outside. I complained to the Hotel staff and they sorted this straight away however. Also the bathroom was a bit smelly!

Amazing terrace. Practically by the spot recommended for balloon watching! It also has amazing views of the fairy chi.neys and Goreme. The room was unique and we enjoyed the decor. Really nice outdoor space!

Nothing at all. Everything was perfect.

The stay was excellent. The structure is very unique, as carved inside the rock. So is the inside of the rooms. The breakfast is delicious, as cooked and brought to the tables when the client seat in the breakfast area. The staff is excellent, very helpful in particular for tours and transfers. The place is very clean and well organized. They also have a beautiful terrace from where you can take excellent pictures of Goreme and beyond. On the floor level, they have a beautiful garden with lovely pets, including a very friendly cat and a beautiful parrot who whistles when seeing someone approaching. What can I say more? Absolutely excellent experience.

The cave suites are super cool, rustic and just what we wanted. Super comfortable bed, lovely jaccazi bath/shower in our room too. Location is on a steep hill but close to everything and all tours collect. Prime location to watch balloons in morning and also sunset

Bathroom. No shower screen in the bathroom and water was sprayed everywhere when showering, and also there was a bad odour coming from bathroom.

Only that the bathroom had a strange smell. Despite us leaving the extractor running.

Sam the manager. He was excellent and so very helpful. Our room was nice as well. I’m sure that in the summer when everything is set up Kayataș will be beautiful - for now everything was all packed up - it was snowing and cold. Still beautiful though. The location is good. It’s walking distance from the shops but up on a hill so you get a great view.

Very convenient to view hot air ballon from Terrance view point and the staff were very friendly. Host Sam was great and he had upgraded our room and was very friendly and helpful during our stay

Maintenance of the cave. The toilets have some cave smells which can counter with good scent in the toilet in order to overcome the decay smells of the cave toilets. Overall value money.
