We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe had 2 rooms one of the rooms had a nasty stain one the sheets. Took a picture and went to the office. They didn't have any open rooms to change but handed us a clean set of sheets to change ourselves. They did give us a discount at checkout for the inconveniences. Also was excited to hangout at tiki bar with friends that were traveling with us but tiki bar was no longer open.
The room was big and for the most part was clean

United States of AmericaThe Tiki bar was closed due to “staffing issues; the pool was only going to open for “30mins to an hour” (this is what the front desk lady told us). 2 out of the 4 towels in the bathroom were filthy…. as if someone cleaned their dirty feet and folded them back up!!! I took pictures because I was so grossed out. Also, quite a few shady looking characters walking the halls.
the front desk lady was nice; decent location, the room was big and somewhat updated; the continental breakfast was decent as well.

The main bedroom beds were very comfortable. I wish the pull out couch was as comfortable. The two bathrooms in the suite was a plus!

the check in was very nice the two girls at the front desk helped me out with any questions. the room looked like it was recently renovated. it was clean just maybe some air freshener to give it a better scent when walking in. for the price paid wasn’t bad at all. pool area was okay. overall I would go back very close to downtown area as well which was amazing.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was very very limited. There was no protein offered of any kind. My biggest disappointment was the cleaning service. We came in late on Wednesday and no one serviced our room for 2 days. There was no outside towel service either. We had to go to the front desk for towels and were told housekeeping was the only one to give us our towels. I asked for a late check out because we had a late flight was told 1 hour only after staying 6 nights.
We knew once we got there that it was under construction. We could see how they were putting the future forward.

United States of AmericaI have never stayed in a hotel where they take a deposit also to find out it takes 5-8 buisness to get my money back! Nowhere was I told when booking this was going to happen. The waiting time to get my deposit back is absolutely disgusting. Also the ice machine upstairs doesn't work and looking at the reviews they haven't fixed it in a while.
