There were many room and comfort issues: - Rust on lamps And closet rack - The Mattress was still wrapped in the original transport plastic - this made it hot and sticky, did not breathe, and crunchy/loud when moving - we took off the sheets to remove the plastic. - Paint was missing in parts of the room - The bathroom fan sounded like a blender - Loud maid carts - Lights flicker and were bluish color - Breakfast room was depressing, poor lighting and presentation, and so was the breakfast, no eggs - Clothes Dryer did not work - AND there were bugs in the room

Not very much. I am struggling to find something I like. I wrote Days Inn to let them know the rather shocking situation, and got a 'gee thanks for your feedback email' I think they could have done better. Perhaps if they had responded better this feedback could have been better. OK, after some thought, the cleaning staff was helpful and kind.

Th bed was the worst we ever slept in one side literally you would roll off the bed the floors were sticky the bathtub was dirty we basically had to clean the room . You could here the workers moving there carts around starting at or before 7:00 am olso doing construction on the building cars starting airplanes flying over the building as it turns out its right by an airport road noise worst experience ever will never return nor would I recommend.

Very bad redo. Seems they stopped in the middle of everything. Never swept behind bathroom door, paint splatter all over bathroom fixtures, no alarm clock , no Kleenex. No outdoor pub. Bare minimum for breakfast, yogurt spoiled, no fruit, only toast. better with no breakfast than with what was offered. Such a great opportunity lost.

Toilet would flush, had to take tank lid off to flush and fill. Wet spot all over carpet. Phone didn’t work. Tv was off line and maintenance came and fixed. Rude front desk, rude man taking care of breakfast area. Shower curtain would close because rod was bent.

charged $100 fee on credit card that was kept for 3-5 business days in case there was damage. we are 70 year old responsible people. we were very insulted. property was very tired . restaurant not open.

It just needs a face lift, the mold/mildew smell hit you like a ton of bricks upon entering the my room. a large soft, wet spot in the "not so" drywall. looked like an amature quick repair. I spent maybe 2 minutes in the room before a I took all my luggage back down the steps to the desk and nicely asked for a refund. At first the gal tried to say I stayed in the room so Id have to Pay, but after a minute and me explaining that the room just didn't match up to what was advertised to me she gave a full refund. I went across the street to another hotel, same layout, same price, same steps, BUT it was super clean and beautiful!! with an awesome clean pool. Great location for both.

check in person was nice enough, and helped me with my refund after I looked in the room I was to stay in.
