The room had a bad smell in it. I had to keep spraying Lysol the whole time. The AC vent was musty and not clean. The bed squeaked all night due to plastic on the bed. The WiFi went out about 4am, not at checkout.

The rooms are outdated. No breakfast. Bed had spot all over them. But the check in and check out was wonderful. The front checkin people are wonderful

Sherri, was so nice and accommodating and Surdahn was very nice and understanding. The nite audit was so nice. They fixed the problem and I am grateful. I will come back

Give me a full refund. From the moment that we walked in it was different. I had made the reservation with you guys and asked for extra pillows towels and 2 extra blankets. They said they never do that nor would they. So we were stuck with 2 large towels and 2 medium sizes that you use for your hair Wash cloth. I was very surprised. But I was extremely tired that evening. Usually when I walk into a hotel I will check the bed see if the mattress is enclosed in a that mattress cover. It was not. I had asked the front desk person to please put me some place quiet. She put me at the bottom of the stairs so 1st thing in the morning when the people were checking out I heard them dragging their suitcases down the stairs. Also the alarm went off twice in the middle of the night I'm not really sure why I don't really care but it was stunning . Now let's talk about the cleanliness of the room. It was not there was roaches underneath the bad along with Other peoples belongings.. I really didn't want to go ahead and put a complaint online but there's only one way to take care of this because the manager would not call me. There were dead Palmetto roaches underneath the bed as well as concrete blocks to hold the betting up. Which the bricks did not help them at all because we were still in a ditch in the middle of the night rolling into each other. There are pictures I have taken out of dead carcasses throughout the room and how filthy the room was as well all pictures. I would not give this hotel a rating nor be affiliated with them . Take my words and do what you will with them. I would never recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff will not work with the customer for an early departure if the room was booked through booking.com. The early departure was due to the horrible facility. The staff told me it was booking.com’s responsibility to coordinate the early departure. Booking.com site says to contact the facility. You can’t reach booking.com for resolution so I was forced to call the Wyndham hotels help line to solve this issue. 3 hours on the phone and searching web sites is no fun. The hotel manager can never be located. The manager is always “out of the office”. This is a circle jerk and I will never book through booking.com again.

The floors were very dirty. The toilet seat was missing a bolt so it wobbled. The shower did not have an edge so the water came out into the bathroom. The bed edge was too soft for a handicapped person to sit on the edge. The phone plug was broken so I had to hold it in to call the front desk. The batteries were missing from the clock.

We asked & got a room for the handicapped. The bed was comfortable once we got in. Breakfast was good.
