Located at the edge of town with great views from the balcony. Excellent breakfast including homemade preserves and baked goods. The host got to know the guests, went out of her way to make sure they had what they needed, and have personalized info about things they might like doing in the area.

The place is situated in a picturesque mountain valley, tourist paths starting on green meadows lead to higher summits. The room is super clean and newly furnished, same for private bathroom. Highly recommended and for sure will stay in Baldauf once again on our next visit to Berwang.

What a great location! Super friendly owner. House and rooms are so well cared for it seems like brand new. So much to do I’m the area. Quiet area but in striking distance of so much.

Everything was perfect, I wish I could give a higher rating. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The room was super clean, smelled very nicely, and was absolutely quiet (believe me on this one, I'm a very light sleeper.) The staff was simply fantastic, breakfast was superb, and the location was absolutely breathtaking. There's a restaurant right next to the hotel - it was, as you might have guessed already, also absolutely perfect (try their beef tatare and fries, mouthwatering!) Mobile phone reception was very good. We didn't check the Internet connection though, but frankly, if you wanna watch Netflix, just stay at home. But if you're around and want to do some sightseeing or just take a break from your normal life, just come and stay here.

The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to book us a local restaurant when we had struggled to find one. The location is very good for access to the piste when skiing. Everything in the rooms was spotlessly clean.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, providing gentle instructions that allowed us to check in later in the evening without any hassle. The breakfast was amazing, the variety of options was impressive, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting, and the staff was always ready to assist with anything we needed. We will definitely return on our next visit to the area!
