It has a lovely feel to the Hotel and has lovely communal areas to sit and relax. The breakfast was busy but can’t really expect anything else but the choices were plentiful. We also ate dinner in the hotel and the food was delicious. The breakfast were amazing . The staff ( mostly from the phillapines) were just lovely , so polite and hard working , I hope the Merton realise how lucky they are to have them.

The pools were fantastic and there was plenty for children to do. The hotel was exceptionally clean - I don’t know how they managed to keep the standard up as it was very busy. The staff were an absolute credit to the hotel! Breakfast was great and again fantastic staff. There are a lot of different eating areas with something for everyone and all budgets. A lovely walk through a park into St Helier where there are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Excellent breakfast with a really broad selection. Beautifully kept grounds. Absolutely fantastic pool, indoors and outdoors. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, they really went above and beyond when something unfortunate happened at the start of our stay. Lovely experience at the Merton. Highly recommended.
