Snowy Owl Sled Dog Tours are 20 minutes’ drive away. - The location is very convenient - staff are all extremely nice - heated underground parking available - breakfast is really good and has an amazing variety (available from 6am to 10am!) - rooms are spacious and well equipped (fridge, microwave, coffee machine) and are cleaned daily - Beds are very comfortable - they provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, soap and even makeup wipes! - there is an outdoors jacuzzi and sauna that you can use freely (with amazing views of the mountains) - You can make s’mores (free of charge) everyday from 4-9 pm Overall Canalta Lodge exceeded our expectations and we definitely recommend it!

This apartment-style property is nestled in a secluded area on Tunnel Mountain and offers stunning views of Banff town centre and the surrounding mountains. The location is great. We really liked the apartment although some of the furniture seems to be getting a little old. The grounds were awesome, and we enjoyed all the trails nearby. The pool and sauna are beautiful. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed except for sharp knives for some reason.
