Everyone there was extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. I’m from the US and needed information about the train, bus, and taxi. Elisa there spoke English and was helpful in explaining options. The food was beyond amazing. Luigi was our server and was friendly and funny.

The Hotel Touring Wellness and Beauty did not disappoint! The friendly staff, beautiful rooms, fabulous food and wonderful spa were the perfect ingredients for a fantastic stay! The hotel is centrally located, easy to walk everywhere. Many thanks to Anito who truly made our stay exceptional, thank you for treating us like family and always made our day!
