the HOT TUB was all boarded up not in use. the steam room was broken as well. the pool was 84 degrees and cool they 86 degrees. It rained all day on the 21st cool and damp, realy needed the hot tub. will never stay at a Hoilday inn again..... A heads up that the hot tub and steam room not working, I would have made plans at a hotel in Vancouver. It made we sick the rest of my trip to Alaska.

Absolutely stunning location on the river’s edge. Serenity and calm after a busy day of sightseeing! Very comfortable bed and the room was exceptionally clean. Warm and welcoming hosts. Would stay here again without hesitation!!

Lonsdale Quay and The Shipyards have lovely cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops, and further down, the craft brewery area is fun too. Lynn Canyon Park has lots of lovely walks, and the trip up Grouse Mountain has lots to offer everyone. Easy access to Downtown Vancouver using the Seabus.

Love North Vancouver and the proximity to the mountains, North Vancouver areas and the beautiful views. There are many places that could be visited, but I prefer to go further North or East, if not downtown Vancouver. The traffic over Lions Gate bridge at Rush Hour is terrible, and recommend travelling in a different time if possible.

The house is new and clean.
The house is new and clean. Owner (Michael) is so nice, you can socialize with him pleasantly. The place's view is amazing. Water is running 7x24 in the river stream, which you can see from your rooms. North Vancouver is for people loving outdoor activities such as hiking and going to beaches. The house is not far (15-minute driving) from the downtown of Vancouver.

For a quick staycation we had friends coming from the island...
For a quick staycation we had friends coming from the island as well as the valley and decided North Van would be a good middle distance. We had few expectations and assumed we would be shopping and sipping drinks with good friends. It turned out that it was very easy to get around between sea bus to down town and bussing up to the parks. The shipyards area and lower lonsdale is rich with great little stores and non-chain restaurants which was such a treat.

I've stayed here numerous times before and was surprised to be booked in a very small basement bedroom . There was no air conditioning in the room but only an open basement window. Not impressed considering the number of previous bookings. North Vancouver is a lovely area just across the bay from Downtown Vancouver. Easy access across the bay via the regular ferry gives you the best of everything. North Vancouver seems a nice safe neighbourhood with a nice choice of bars and restaurants. You also have easy access to the hills and mountains where there are some great walks and stunning scenery.ChristinaUnited Kingdom

Unfortunately when we checked in to the room there were several small black hairs all over toilet. The front desk obviously sent someone up but after we had just checked in after driving in from Kelowna it was a bit inconvenient but it was promptly taken care of. Was Not aware that there was No parking for hotel. It's underground public parking and was $30 a DAY!........... The market & amazing staff and great location were highly appreciated!

We enjoyed the apartment at the end of the day although the kitchen was so tiny but had everything you need. The balcony was also a plus and the view of downtown at night was a bonus. I stayed here with my son as I thought it had a sofa bed in the living room but it turned out to be just a sofa. It was more comfortable than the bed in the end.
