The parking is excellent and secure which is a plus in San Francisco. The room was clean and easy to get to. The view was of the parking lot next door that has garbage all over the place, but the view of the downtown buildings was pretty cool. The location is excellent. Easy to get to and in a very "happening" area with lots of places to eat and/or drink. This area has always been very safe to go to and this was our 5th time staying there.

Rooms were very spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet.
I already did this in my other review. The hotel is owned by private equity and you can tell. It's terribly managed and we were horribly offended as newlyweds to be put in the shi#tiest room there.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Tiburon Lodge.
We enjoyed everything about our stay at Tiburon Lodge.
It was a quiet location but near to a charming village and within easy walking distance to good restaurants. The room was spacious and beautiful, the bed just great.
It was a pleasure to stay here even if more expensive than we wanted to pay.

What a fine, clean, town!
What a fine, clean, town! Had never stayed here before while in SF area. Just a lovely, unexpected winter pleasure (we traveled driving for a month in mid-December). Like where we live on the east coast (St. Simons Island, GA) Tiburon is ideal for both living and tourism. Will definitely come back for a longer stay. During our month long driving trip out West, we determined Tiburon to be one of our favorite places along with Mendocino and Carmel.

Fantastic town that doesn’t get overly crowded on the weekends. Easy access to the ferry and beautiful trails along the bay. The lodge at Tiburon is in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Quiet and scenic, we would have spent more time exploring the area. Eat at salt and pepper-shop at Marin mercantile. If you can have a drink at the Corinthian club and enjoy the view!

Tiburon is small but sweet.
Tiburon is small but sweet. Easy to walk around, had a few upscale stores for shopping, has excellent restaurants, and can't wait until Covid restrictions are lifted so more people can enjoy them without waiting.

Even though there was a storm coming, the bike rail trail offered us a gorgeous ride along the water's edge with amazing views of Richardson bay and San Francisco in the distance. Sam's Anchor Cafe was dead due to the weather but we enjoyed the service and brunch food nonetheless. Salt and Pepper is a lively and romantic restaurant for a delicious dinner. Overall, we love the convenience of exploring Tiburon on foot and by bike. It's a small town, so 1-2 days is just right. Next time, we will come in the summer and enjoy the ferry to Angel Island for some hiking and picnicking.
The hotel is located in Tiburon, right down the street from the restaurants, bars and Angel Island Ferry. I liked how clean and modern our 3rd floor room was, with a view of the mountains. The tiny elevator reminded me of ones in France, so I tried to take the stairs as much as possible. If you have a disability, I recommend requesting a downstairs/ground floor room. We enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated that the the hotel provided robes.
The location was perfect. It's right on the main street and very close to the ferry port. Restaurants and shops are steps away. They have free bike rentals too, and they stored our bikes safely. There is no onsite parking, but they validated local parking about 1 minute away. There is a rooftop terrace with a firepit and heat lamps with a splendid view of San Francisco, we sat out there each night and watched the stars.
The breakfasts were great! Delivered right to your room in the morning at a time of your choosing. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were good, but the best part was the location right on the water overlooking SF bay towards the SF skyline! The staff were very helpful, the wine and cheese happy hour from 5-7 pm was an added treat, and the complimentary bicycle rentals were another plus!
This was my first time in Tiburon. The location is beautiful and the hotel is located as perfectly as it gets. Close by o restaurants and a walk to the beautiful bay views. The staff was awesome and we felt very welcomed. The fire pit was lovely. We bought drinks at a store and sat by the fire in the evening and really enjoyed that aspect. The grounds of this hotel are very pretty.
the location is great, close to restaurants, the ferry, and walking along the waterfront and little downtown area. Free onsite parking, free bike rental, and coffee and tea in the lobby all day. We enjoyed the pool and many patios on the property. There is a restaurant onsite but I am told it is pricey. Jeff, the front desk guy, was friendly and accommodating.
Hotel is close to ferry to San Francisco (main reason why I booked it). Does have a restaurant on location and has big rooms. Would be good to stay even longer. Atmosphere was relaxed and decor was maritime - which I liked a lot. Good dinner at restaurant with speedy service.
The very friendly staff, the location and the complete Lodge, we would have liked to stay longer, but we will come back with more time
We liked our stay for two nights, and Tiburon is the best location for a day trip to San Francisco by ferryboat
Great location on the water in Tiburon. Maybe the friendliest and most accommodating staff that I've experienced in a while. The continental breakfast was much better than I expected and a great way to start off the morning.
Loved the location of the lodge and that it was within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the water. It was great having the Tavern right next door for breakfast. All the staff was very friendly!
