Extremely kind and accommodating staff. Worked with us from check-in to check-out to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast buffet was incredible with numerous options of both local and international dishes. We liked the pool bar Happy Hour and lunch menu. Great for families. Also, the room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The shower was hot and we had everything we needed. We had two adjoining rooms which was very convenient for our family.

Last minute booking after first hotel was a sham. They were amazing, we signed up for bonvoy rewards and they upgraded us! So comfortable and the sunset, drinks and food from club room was amazing. We didn't go out on the second night because of a big cycling day and it was perfect

Great and very clean budget option in the city center. Easy to reach from the airport. We stayed overnight. There are many Chinese seafood restaurants and other options across the road.

Good location of the hotel, walking distance to Suria Mall and Jesselton Jetty. Those that wanted to go for Island hoping are recommended to stay at this Hotel. It's just 5 mins walk to the Jetty. Nice and clean room.

The hotel was modern, clean, quiet, good shower, amenities and beds, staff was fine. We had a view of the mountain behind, maybe because we had asked for quiet.

Location is fantastic. Within walking distant to malls, restaurants and banks. Room: sadly not a 3 star definitely. Motel 8 is much better. Furniture are back in 70s or 80s. Bathroom is quite nasty with black moldy on tiles grout. Housekeepers are not trained to clean and refresh bed especially when they knew that you are staying longer. They just left towels and bath stuff on table. Customers are mostly locals because of the cheap cost to stay. And tour operators use this hotel because of the value and location. Not worth trying in house breakfast. There are plenty restaurants nearby and in malls.
