We enjoyed our stay in general. Steam room, sauna, swimming pool - just great! Lobby is cozy and stylish. The hotel has got parking, which is really convenient. The rooms are quite spacious, we had a nice view over the river. The bed wasn't very comfy, the mattress was too soft to me. And only one blanket for two adults is obviously not enough.
Shower is good, the water is really hot and the hotel provides everything you may need, even toothpaste .
The wonderful lady from the reception ( I think her name is Lamara, but I am not sure) was so helpful and kind to us, that I suppose she deserves a special review. She is so lovely and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible 😊
Only 755 feet from Stalin Museum, Nitsa Guest House offers friendly and comfortable accommodations in Gori center.

Gori: A Day Trip from Tbilisi
Gori is a small and quiet town in central Georgia, with a population of around 50,000 people. It is best known as the birthplace of Joseph Stalin, and it is home to a number of Stalin-related museums and attractions.
Gori is a good enough place to visit for a day trip from Tbilisi, but there is not much to see or do otherwise. The main attractions in Gori are:
Stalin Museum: This museum is dedicated to the life and legacy of Joseph Stalin. It contains a large collection of artifacts, photographs, and documents related to him. The museum isn't well-organized and informative, and thus it is helpful to have a guide to explain the exhibits in more detail. There were photos of several men, but no real explanation as to who they were. We tried to find a guide who could explain things to us, but due to a language barrier, we failed at this. The ticket price is 15 GEL (6 USD) per person.
Gori Fortress: This medieval fortress is located on a hilltop overlooking the city. It offers underwhelming views of the surrounding countryside. The fortress is in ruins and didn't really feel like it was worth a climb.
Hero Memorial: It had cool giant sculptures but with no real explanation.
I also ate at Berkin Restaurant in Gori. The food was nice, but the prices were similar to Tbilisi, so it is not a budget-friendly option.
It's clear they are very new to tourists.
Overall, Gori is a worth a visit if you are interested in learning more about Joseph Stalin or Georgian history. However, there is not much else to see or do in the town, so it is best to visit as a day trip from Tbilisi.

I've been to Gori several times of the past years. The cutleti is awesome and the fortress is a fun place to explore. Aside from the infamous Stalin museum, there is a interesting ethnographic museum and the war museum.

We have fallen in love with Gori, it is one of our most favorite places to stay now. One of the best restaurants in Georgia call Gori home, from the ruins, to the temple to the Castle, slowly walking through oldtown or visiting one of the most iconic museums in history you cant stop falling in love with Gori, the rich culture, history and friendly hosts this area has to offer is seldom found outside of major centres around the world, the city successfully hosts their offering to travelers and guests.

Lots to see but do not miss those slightly hiding circle of warriors - all cut up with missing limps and obviously representing soldiers that have been slain in battle. At the base of the castle and behind a church.

A small town with a big heart. Easy to get around..... full of locals who willingly help the lost tourist. Easy to get to Uplistsikhe via mashrutka. Just a lovely place, don't miss it. We stayed for three days but could have stayed for forever!

A very interested area to visit, old history - one need to read a bid more before visiting the city of Gori
Lots of places to visit
If your accommodation is in the center you do not need to have transport, all is within walking distance
Local food is recommended
This is a great value if on a budget. The arrangement is a private room with a shared bathroom and kitchen with any other guests who happen to be there at the same time. It's a typical and absolutely huge Georgian house with high ceilings.
The best part, though, is the hostess herself, Anna. She will make you a custom and sumptuous breakfast, and, I'm trying to remember, but I believe she also prepared a home cooked dinner as well! Anna is wonderfully friendly and very helpful! It was a valuable cultural exchange for me.
Hostess was generous and smiley, gave me a piece of nice clothing, cheese, watermelon, tomatoes, many thanks. Location was excellent, close to supermarket and stadium (I paid 5 lari and enjoyed a nice soccer match), 20 minutes walk to the fortress. 7 minutes walk to the Public Service Hall where you can catch a bus to Tbilisi in the morning or take a bus to Gori Bus station where you will have more choices of destinations.
Great news for middle eastern folks, the room was spacious and had air conditioning a hand held bidet. The building was a traditional house, very clean, and our room had a balcony into the inner courtyard.
The location was right next to some of the best restaurants in town.
The host was very kind and provided all the amenities. Breakfast was very good and has Georgian items.
Overall great value and would stay here again.
Good for a night. Dorm was large and suitable. A few nice sitting areas to relax in the evening. Location is walkable to everything. Caretaker didn't speak any English, so just spoke to the owner on the phone for check-in and any questions. Detached bathroom and shower, good hot water. If you want a cheap overnight in Gori, this is a solid choice -- but not a place to linger.
Many hotels have their charms but this one is unique. Emma goes above and beyond to offer an exceptional experience.
From unlimited coffee and tea to the massage chair… And the breakfast is phenomenal. She also was very helpful in arranging transport for me when it was my time to leave.
I left with a very positive impression of this place.
The flat looks just like in the pictures. It's very clean and modern. The location is very convenient. There is a big supermarket just down the road, a coffee place directly downstairs and a bakery opposite to the apartment.
Regardless of the tricky access rules, it's still probably one of the best, if not the best place to stay at in Gori.
Anna put out a large and delicious breakfast. There were no other guests, so we had the upper floor to ourselves. Anna was very friendly and helpful with recommendations and information about Gori. Anna helped me find the English setting on a Georgian app so I could use it. :)
I had an excellent one night stay with great dinner and breakfast. Friendly hosts, lovely house and terrace, comfortable room as well as a shared lounge. Good introduction to Georgian winemaking too. Nice to stay in a village, still very near Gori.
EVERYTHING! Very kind owner and the other staff. Has a free massage chair, biliard/pool game, free wine in the evening, very welcoming (even with how towels were set up when we arrived). Warm feelings.
Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in:)
The hosts are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I have stayed in a number of places like this throughout Georgia, and this has been our best experience so far. I would definitely come back here again when we are back in Gori.
Lia is an incredibly gracious and welcoming host. She is positive, communicative, and generous. Talking with her while sipping her family's homemade wine was a highlight of my day in Gori, and her breakfast is second to none!
The only place we had in Georgia with a well english-speaking host :)
Exceptionally clean room (could say the same regarding neighborhood) with an air conditioner. Also very quiet. We liked it a lot - slept very well!
Really nice stay in Gori and warm welcome from George and his wife. George is speaking French as well and would be happy to guide you around.
The breakfast was huge and really good
Thanks for the stay
New hotel, good facilities, nice pool. Room was reasonably big and nice. If it would be sold as 4 stars, my rating would have been probably 9, 5* - you expect a bit more, especially from the staff.
Svetlana is really nice host, she speaks very well English. She can recommend you good places in Gori and Overall Georgia. Staying at her place is like staying at family home. Highly recommended
The hotel is comfortable, well appointed and well located in the city centre of Gori. The staff were very helpful with parking, which can be a problem in the city.
