Compare to price and quality - this was a good match. Cons - a piece of glass was on the floor that got to my foot. I showed this to reception, but no one cleaned our room for 3 days (entire stay). Though hotel by itself was within reasonable price/quality range, Staff is below expectations.

Unfortunately, when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my booking was for the previous day—not the date I had selected during the booking process. As a result, the hotel did not have a reservation under my name for the correct date, and I was required to pay for an additional night in order to stay. The hotel was unable to offer any reconciliation or refund at the time, which was both unexpected and inconvenient. The house was big and we never had any issues at all. We were not able to interact with the hosts but they were kind and instructions were very clear that we didn't have to disturb their peace. :)
