Fantastic location. Free parking nearby. Room was a good size, but hotel, in general, very outdated. The front desk staff, namely Nacho, was so helpful and welcoming. I would stay there again just because of the service he provided...calling a restautrant to find us a reservation on a busy night...and giving us suggestions. He was wonderful!!! Also, really can't beat the location!

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable with a good-sized separate sitting area and a large, well-designed bathroom. The property is nicely set back from the road, and its outdoor space and pool are lovely. I also appreciated the owner/manager's kind demeanor and assistance. Overall, a great value in a quiet, pretty, and convenient setting.

Lovely breakfast. Quiet, beautiful, location. Close to Asti was far enough away to feel like the country. Easy to park. Stairs to room but were not a problem for us. Arriving was something of an adventure given the narrow roads and sharp turns. It was fun. Car probably essential.

A very friendly town with good restaurants and good quality shops. If you are self catering there is a fabulous supermarket in the centre of town, wine shops with wine tasting, deli's and cheese shops. We had only a few days there but we will return. We ate in the square where all the restaurants were good, they were full so best to book early.

Asti is an historic town in the heart of the famous Piedmonte wine region and is readily accessible to the surrounding area of vineyards, wineries, great wine tasting, castles, hilltop towns like La Morra and, Barola, Roman ruins, and amazing countryside. The Etruscans were here before the Romans and the area has so much history. Asti, Like Sienna has its Contradas and has the race in the Fall while Sienna has it in July. We were lucky enough to see the Contrada parade and flag throwing practice in the Plazza in preparation for the event.

I stayed one night on a journey through Europe.
I stayed one night on a journey through Europe. I'd expected somewhere basic - but this place was Fawlty Towers made flesh. There was no heating in the room, at a time of year when the outside temperature was -5'c. The corridors & stairwells were pitch-black, as the sensors for the lights were ineffective, so I navigated my way around using the torch from my phone. When I went down to reception in the morning, the whole area was full of piles of broken glass, shards of crockery & the smashed remains of a grandfather clock - I've no idea why (break-in? fight between guests?). None of the staff who were present in the morning could speak any English. Breakfast was a microwaved croissant & slice of cake, a glass of juice & a cup of instant coffee.

The apartment was located right next to an all you can eat sushi restaurant. It was Fantastic! I spent the day walking the streets and enjoying coffee, sandwiches and pizza as well as checking out the local architecture. The town itself is very cute and a wonderful piece of Italy!
Asti is a old city and buildings as well
The hotel was ok, old inside but clean, room was old furnitures but in a good manner, you can see the bathroom has been renovated and was very cleaned.
I was satisfied as I cancelled another hotel stay because the staff have been rude by phone call, so I booked Rainero at the last minute. Also has a great central position of Asti CBD.
I have been very happy with Rainero Hotel

Francesco was always there to help, suggested places and events to visit! we had an exceptional dinner on Saturday evening, it was very surprising with wine tasting and good dishes! Thank you, will definitely recommend this place to all my friends!
Great location. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. The hospitality was fantastic. There was a huge freshly made breakfast every morning that was better than 5 star resorts. Free bottle of wine and tray of fresh fruit in the room.
The apartment was immaculately clean, bright and stylishly furnished, was super quiet, and had a very special view, and was in a perfect location in the historic center with parking just one minute away. Very highly recommended.
The host is very good person. Meet us although it was late at night. Very supportive. There was everything for a good budget stay, even coffee and croissant as the attention from the host. Helped us to contact a taxi in Asti.
Only a short stay in Asti - but Clotilde was very helpful to get the most out of it. Razmataz is perfectly located, in the very center of town but very quiet at night. Wonderful room, comfortable and tastefully furnished.
Great place, calm and good located to walk or drive to the center of Asti (by bus, bike or car). Wonderful owner and a beautiful place to stay, relax, enjoy the view or get to know the region.
