For the price of accommodation the entrepreneurs must create an association to improve the sanitary and recycling aspects. Restaurants are really expensive. Caraíva is a tiny paradise in Bahia, for who like the nature will love Caraíva. The people here are lovely and the restaurants are amazing, for a good price. And the best thing that I recommend, Caraíva´s forró is the best one in the district of Porto Seguro!

Such a fun and quaint town! We loved how chill everyone was, walking around the sand covered streets in their beachwear. I think everyone should visit this town sometime in their life :) We saw Monkeys too!ChristieUnited States of America

Caraíva is small but the location couldn't be better. The pousada is very well kept, the garden is beautiful. There's also a very nice common area. The host is super nice and attentive, and made a real difference for us in making the experience as pleasant as one can expect. Could not recommend better! The breakfast is delicious with fresh fruit, tapiocas and freshly baked delicious cakes. I will come back!

There's a mini-market right next to the hotel. Breakfast is perfect, delicious - a good variety of foods is available (tapiocas, breads, scrambled eggs, omelets, fresh juices, etc). The owner and staff of Pousada Lagoa could not have been any nicer or more helpful, and the grounds are stunningly beautiful. Check in was quick and easy, beakfast was phenomenal, and there are two therapist options to receive a massage on site. 10/10
