Great views of the city from the large windows. Rooms were a little smaller than this class of hotel. The public bath was not impressive (no outdoor pool) but it was always deserted when I used it. The hotel is connected to Nagoya Station though it's tricky to negotiate. LOTS of high quality restaurants underground. The staff were well trained, communicative, engaging, and friendly--very RARE in Japan. The key word is "engaging". Most high end hotels are stiff, cold, and formal.

Rooms are smallish but everything else was great. Staff were very nice, the room was very clean and everything felt new. We were also given two adjacent rooms, as requested. And 5 minutes walk from Nagoya Station! Would stay again!
