Breakfast was great. Waffles were exceptional! Loved them! The woman working the breakfast was especially wonderful and asked about how my daughter did at her dance competition when she found out that’s where we were headed the morning before.
The room was huge though, everything was very clean, quiet, and my kids loved the pool hot tub combo. Very nice stay, and Starbucks is right down the street. Beyond our expectations. Would definitely recommend.

Loved that everything was in close proximity of hotel.
Loved that everything was in close proximity of hotel. Lots of choices and close to airport.
We actually had to go to goodwill for an extra suitcase to take home!! We went to Duffs for the best wings!!! We went to anchor Bar for sauce and glasses to take home! Number # 1 spot was Brite-Smith Brewery!!
Best craft beer! We also ate at Ballyhoo and Bar Bills!!
Both were awesome!! Near by was 42 Brewery north, which was also awesome! Had a blast in all that area!!

The only thing negative about Williamsville I am going to mention is the parking situation. Parking is really bad in some areas. If you have a large vehicle you may need to park farther away and if it is a small vehicle you may need to find spaces that are not marked with big signage that warns you not to park there. However the food at Eagle House was EXCELLENT and would recommend anyone who is visiting Williamsville to give it a try!

The bed appeared clean.
The bed appeared clean. The floors (tile and carpet) were so sticky we wore shoes if we were not in bed, even to walk to the bathroom. The “breakfast” was pitiful. Egg product watery and “refrigerator cold” as well as the sausage links (all three days). Toaster worked (thankfully) so we had toast with margarine. No jelly available.
Front desk staff on Friday night and Saturday morning appeared to be wanting to be anywhere else. No smile, no welcome, no words.
We will avoid this property on our next trip to the area and suggest others do also.

Williamsville has a feel of a Norman Rockwell painting with its beautiful downtown area with it cute little shops, boutiques, restaurants, and some very nice hotels. It's very safe and you and your family should be very comfortable walking around day or night.

We stayed in this location because it was very close to the hospital where we had a family member in ICU. Williamsville has shops galore, mostly chains. However some decent restaurants that were locally owned.

Williamsville in no longer the village in which I grew-up.
Williamsville in no longer the village in which I grew-up. It is now a sadly over re-developed then allowed to decay "strip mall" on a highway outside Buffalo.
Some areas show hints of the history and character it once had, but on the whole it is now just a sad shopping center looking for a community.
Breakfast was good, but I was double charged. Check your cc statement. The charge was removed by mgmt with 1 phone call. I was charged through booking site, and again upon checkout. The charge was from the hotel , exact same amt and "manually keyed". Most staff were extremely.pleasantt, check in clerk was a little curt but did her job, pool was nice. Breakfast was simple and hot.
The Williamsville location is old and tired. To us it was clean, well maintained and the staff was excellent. The entire complex is in need of an update/upgrade but the staff was excellent in locating a fridge for my insulin. Always helpful. It was quite and overall we enjoyed our stay
The personal touches, the cleaning staff left a note wishing us a happy anniversary (we were celebrating our 20th), they announced our anniversary on the front marquee of the hotel which was a nice touch too. The jacuzzi was so big and comfortable I nearly fell asleep in it.
After a late night arrival into Buffalo, the location and easy access from the airport to the hotel was perfect! Staff was friendly and helpful, and there was both a Dennys and great restaurant called Sports 365 Bar & Grille within property walking distance from the hotel.
the hotel was a pleasant one for us. the staff was friendly, the facilities clean and spacious, and they also offered a shuttle service to the airport, whcih was very useful. the only downside was that the pool was closed for maintenance
Very comfortable, well-appointed room/suite.
Comfortable bed
Quiet hotel and room.
Very friendly staff.
Easy parking
Wi-fi very good
Breakfast very good; sausages , scramble eggs , muffins, cereals, yogurt....
$250 per night in a mediocre hotel in Buffalo, NY? Why so expensive? It felt like a $150 per night hotel room.
How about some fresh fruit, yogurt that is not loaded with sugar, or real oatmeal for breakfast?
This hotel had the best free breakfast I've had in a long time. They had actual bagels that weren't stale or basic grocery bagels. They had a pancake machine that kept making little fresh pancakes.
The breakfast was excellent. There was something for everyone’s pallet from hot food eggs/sausage to cereal/fruits. The location of the hotel is near great shopping as well. The rooms are large.
Phoned the hotel when we landed and they sent a bus to pick us up and let us choose a time to get a bus back in the morning
Breakfast was pretty good given it was included free of charge
